互联网行业是目前社会经济中发展最快、更新迭代也最快的行业之一。其市场规模和影 响力的不断扩大,促进了互联网行业与传统行业的不断融合,互联网行业开始影响人们生活 的方方面面。高速发展不仅给互联网行业带来优势,更是带来巨大的挑战,人才的竞争成为了 互联网行业的核心竞争。B 公司作为互联网行业的翘楚和行业先锋,高速占领市场份额的同时, 如何吸引人才、降低公司日益上涨的高离职率,成了公司亟待解决的问题。
本研究选择 B 公司的女性员工作为研究对象,重点关注可能影响到女性员工离职的因素。 通过访谈法、问卷调查法和统计分析法对 B 公司女性员工的离职情况进行研究,得到实际影 响女性员工离职的最主要因素。
本研究的基础是 Price- Mueller 员工离职模型,和 Somer 离职影响因素模型,然后设计 访谈内容,根据访谈结果 取涉及的离职影响因素,设计相应的调查问卷,并进行发放和回 收。运用 SPSS25.0 对收集到的数据进行信度、效度分析和实证结果分析,最终得出结论,明 确了在离职问题上影响 B 公司女性员工的最主要因素。
本研究在 B 公司女性离职影响因素的研究上有了很大的进展,不仅推动 B 公司有针对性 的改变女性员工离职问题严重的境况,更是对 B 公司人力资源管理制度的优化,以及整个行 业人力资源管理经验的丰富都有了相当大的推动作用。

In social economy, Internet industry is currently one of the industries with the fastest development and quickly upgrading. Its expansion of market and influence has promoted the integration of the Internet industry and traditional industries, which also made the internet more inseparable. High-speed development not only brings advantages to the Internet industry, but also great challenges, therefore the talent competition has become the core competition in the Internet industry. As the leader company in the Internet industry, company B pays more attention to attracting talents and reducing high demission rate in order to size the market share.
This study chose the female employees in company B as the research object, focused on the factors which affect their demission. By means of interview, questionnaire and statistical analysis, the paper studies female employees’ demission in company B, and finds out the major factors.
The study is based on the Price-mueller employee demission model and the Somer demission influence factors model, and combines influencing factors which extracted from the interview results. We designed questionnaires, and used the SPSS25.0 to analyze its reliability, validity and result to draw the conclusion finally.
The paper has made great progress in the study of the influencing factors of female employees’ demission in company B, which can not only reduce female staffs’ demission, but also promote the management of human resource in company B and even the whole Internet industry.
