跨文化人际交往是中国学生在美留学生活中重要的组成部分，不仅体现其跨文化适应的结果，还影响其对于自身身份认同的理解。本研究通过质性访谈和分析了解10名本科赴美留学生的跨文化人际交往体验，从外部及内部的角度分析影响其跨文化人际交往的主要因素，并分析背后体现出的中国学生的身份认同特点。根据访谈结果可以看出，本科赴美留学生整体上跨文化人际交往程度不深，群体内部又具体分为主动型和被动型，其影响因素主要包括文化差异、学校特点、留学时间，出国动机、语言能力、个人性格等。本科赴美留学生一方面体现出对中国学生身份的强烈自信，另一方面吸收了美国社会文化中包容、自由的思想，形成了“多元文化人”的群体形象。本研究丰富对本科赴美留学生跨文化适应的研究视角，促进留学生个人以及社会了解到留学所面临的复杂情况。

Intercultural communication is an important part of Chinese students' life in the U.S., which reflects the results of their cross-cultural adaptation and influences their understanding of their own identity. This study analyzes the intercultural interpersonal communication experience of 10 Chinese undergraduate students in the U.S. and 6 main factors affecting them through qualitative interviews and discusses their identity characteristics. The interviews show that these students can have a little intercultural communication, and they can be specifically divided into active and passive types, whose influencing factors mainly include cultural differences, school characteristics, time of the study, motivation to go abroad, language ability, and personal character. These students have a strong self-confidence in their Chinese identities and absorb the idea of openness and freedom in American culture, becoming "multicultural people". This study enriches the research perspective on Chinese undergraduate students in the U.S. and promotes people's understanding of the complexities faced by studying abroad.
