本文借助美国NBA中比较流行的几种技术统计分析方法，对第十四届CUBA女篮总决赛北师大女篮对阵华科大女篮的这场比赛进行了技术统计分析，通过对双方球队球员得分构成、球队投篮区域、球队进攻时机的选择、双方球队进攻时间控制、球队攻防实效以及球员个人贡献效率等不同方面不同角度的技术统计分析，得出了双方球队的进攻风格和特点。通过这几种方法的应用，表现了美国NBA比赛中常用技术统计方法的合理性和实效性，这几种方法如果能被教练员掌握，可以更好的帮助他们量化分析球队进攻风格特点和球队攻防实效性。本研究主要运用文献资料调研法、直接观察和间接观察法、数理统计与分析法等研究方法，从理论上大量吸收国外国内技术统计分析领域的先进方法，并对CUBA总决赛北师大女篮对阵华科大女篮这一场比赛进行了认真严谨的统计分析实践应用，借此能更好的为比赛服务。主要结论如下：1．美国NBA技术统计专家常用的这几种技术统计分析相较于国内普遍采用的常规数据的技术统计分析来讲，在分析比赛的合理性和实效性上要更胜一筹。采用的这几种方法，都是美国NBA技术统计专家经过成千上万场比赛的实践验证过的公式方法，是美国NBA赛事技术统计工作中主要采取的几种方法。得分构成可以分析球队进攻是善长内线还是外线，球队投篮区域可以更好的了解球队的得分点和战术配合安排，球队进攻时机选择可以发掘球队战术配合落实情况，球队进攻时间控制可以了解球队进攻节奏的快慢，球队攻防实效可以量化分析球队攻防表现，球员个人贡献效率可以分析球员对球队贡献情况。通过这些技术统计分析方法的应用，教练员可以更好的了解球队以及对手的进攻风格特点和攻防实效性，从而更好的为教练员安排球员上场、排兵布阵服务。2.本文对第十四届CUBA女篮总决赛北师大女篮对阵华科大女篮的这场比赛进行了技术统计分析的实践研究，分析得出：华科大女篮属于在内外线进攻上都比较强劲的队伍，外线有王娅洁，内线上其他球员都有突破上篮能力，而且队伍的进攻时间较短，属于快攻型球队，因此在防守时可采用一人针对特定球员其他队员区域联防的防守策略。对方在前后场篮板球上的表现不是很积极，而且可以利用积极的抢断来破坏对方的进攻。华科大女篮在中路的进攻得分占到总得分的一半，而且大部分是突破上篮，因此封锁中路，阻断进攻，可以大大降低对手的进攻威胁。
