随着教育改革的不断发展和大学体育教学改革的不断深化,体育教学模式的研究日益活跃。在总结前人研究的基础上,基于教育学和心理学等相关原理,三自主篮球选项课人数越来越多篮球技能水平差异越来越大的高校教学情况下,为了尊重学生对篮球运动的兴趣爱好和个性发展的需要,使全体学生在原有的水平上得到最优发展,将分层教学模式引入篮球教学课堂,探索更加符合当前高校篮球课实际情况的教学思路和模式。以北京航空航天大学三自主篮球选项课的两个班学生为实验对象进行教学实验研究,其中一个班为实验班采用分层教学模式教学,另外一个班为对照班采用传统方式教学。实验结果显示,分层教学模式实验班的篮球知识、篮球运动情境动机、篮球技术技能、期末篮球考试成绩都显著高于普通对照班,表明分层教学模式比传统教学具有非常好的教学效果。另外,实验班按照篮球技术技能分A、B、C三个层次分别进行实验前后的检验,结果表明三个层次都有显著性提高。本研究的实验结果验证了分层教学模式在北京航空航天大学篮球课上具体实施的可行性和有效性,特将教学中的实施方法程序总结如下: 1.把篮球技术动作编成口诀,便于学生的记忆和练习时动作表象的形成。2.课堂上给予不同的辅导和激励,不仅强化了学生的内部动机,外部动机也得到了提高。3.实验班分A、B、C层分别制定教学目标、教学内容、教学方法,分层导学、分层激励、分层递进、分层检测。4.先分层后分组,先异质分组,后同质分组。5.小组长是篮球教学活动中的灵魂。6.课外锻炼是课堂的延伸,是培养学生自锻能力和终身体育意识的舞台。7.把篮球教学比赛技评纳入到篮球考核当中。这些方法的运用才保证教学实验得以顺利进行和篮球教学效果的提高。

With the continuous development of education reform, and the deepen of university PE education,the research of sports teaching are more active . On the base of previous studies, and based on education and psychology related principles , the number of students choosing three independent basketball courses are growing,the basketball skill level between the high and low are becoming lareger,and the different of the students are become bigger.In order to respect the students’ interests of the basketball sports and to the need of their personal development, so that all students in the original level can improve. We introduce the hierarchical teaching methods to our class. Hierarchical teaching basketball classes are introduced to our classes and it is more in line with the actual situation now.We also have to constantly looking for the more proper ways of teaching. Teaching experiments are based on three independent basketball courses of two classes of students in BUAA ,using them as the experimental subjects, one of the classes using the experiment of teaching in Hierarchical teaching, and another class as the contrast class, using the traditional way of teaching. The results show that, by teaching in different experiments before and after the basketball knowledge and basketball exercise motivation, basketball skills, basketball final exam ,the class with the new method are performing better than the traditional teaching class .The new method shows a very good teaching results. Experimental class in accordance with the basketball skills turns into points by A, B, C three levels,and the three levels were tested before and after the experiment, the three levels increases significantly, the teaching effect of the three classes becomes more apparent.The result showed the feasibility and the effective of this new method. According to the experiment of classes in the teaching of the following methods: 1. The basketball action compiled formulas, easy to remember and practice the students when the formation of action representation. 2. The class gives different guidance and encouragement, not only strengthen the internal motivation of students, but also the external motivation are enhanced. 3. Experimental class is consist of A, B, C layer, the development of teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching methods, stratified Guidance, layered incentives, Layered, tiered testing and evaluation. 4. After the first layer group, the first grouping, after the homogeneous group. 5. Team leader is the soul of basketball teaching activities. 6. Extracurricular exercise is an extension of the classroom, it can develop the students’ ability and self-forging lifelong awareness of the stage. 7. The basketball match teaching basketball skills assessment into the evaluation of them. Only use these methods to ensure the smooth conduct of teaching experiments and basketball to improve teaching effectiveness.
