韩国是一个酒文化高度发达的国家。从古至今，韩国人无论男女老少，对酒都有一种说不出的感情。同时，由于韩国受传统儒家思想的影响比较深，所以在韩国饮酒礼中体现了大量儒家礼仪文化。因此，本文将以酒文化为研究基础，通过文献资料法、田野调查法、比较法、举例子等多种方法，对韩国饮酒礼仪进行深入的研究与分析。 论文的结构安排如下：第一部分，对饮酒礼进行简单概述，同时对韩国现代的饮酒文化、饮酒的重要性等内容进行分析。第二部分，从韩国传统饮酒礼、现代日常生活饮酒礼、节日饮酒礼以及各个地区不同的饮酒礼等几个方面进行较深入分析。第三部分，对饮酒礼的影响力，特别是饮酒礼与现代社会、饮酒与酒宴的游戏文化等方面进行研究，以从中表现饮酒礼对韩国人的影响。第四部分为结论部分，是对整篇论文的总结。 本文通过上述几个部分的内容，从民俗学的角度对韩国饮酒礼进行了整理，并且注重表现它对韩国人心理和行为产生的影响，以期能够借此唤起人们对于传统饮酒文化的重视与传承，让这独特的民俗文化继续发扬光大。

Alcoholic drink, from human birth were appeared until today.It has a history of several thousand years. From all over the world, South Korea is a highly developed country alcoholic drink culture. Korean men and women, old and young, the alcoholic drink has deep feeling in it. At the same time, because South Korea is influenced by traditional Confucian thoughts , so in the drinking ceremony in South Korea embodies the Confucian etiquette culture. The fourth part is the conclusion part, it is a summary of the whole paper..In this article, through the above several parts of content, from the Angle of folklore, South Korea made sorting, drinking and pay attention to the performance of South Korean it the impact of psychological and behavior, in order to arouse the people for the attention of the traditional drinking culture, the drinking ceremony culture and heritage, let this great and unique folk culture can continue to carry forward.
