伴随着研究生教育大规模的扩招,硕士研究生的培养质量和学术资格受到了普遍的质疑。硕士生在学术成长的道路上到底处于何种状态,对此我们需要听到来自群体内部的声音。本研究从学位论文、开题答辩、师生关系和成长环境这四个方面入手,通过对硕士生的深度访谈,有代表性的呈现了他们对学术世界的认识。硕士生在自身的论文经历中,通过不断的观察、模仿和摸索而潜移默化地认识了学术标准,他们的标准呈现出实践性的取向。开题和答辩在学生眼中逐渐成为学习的场合。论文指导中的师生关系存在不和谐的状况,学生处于不断调适的状态。功利化和浮躁的氛围、就业压力、研究资源的缺失使硕士生的学术发展遭遇困境。硕士生在冷静的思考着自己的身份和人生的定位,越来越多的人拒绝在学术研究的道路上前行。
外文摘要:
With the postgraduate -education’s expending, the competency of masters is discredited by the society. If we want to know what the state of masters really is, we should know how they are thinking about themselves in the academic development process. Through depth interview, this research focus on the whole dissertation experience of the graduates to try to present students’ cognition about their own academic development state. Through their dissertation experience, the graduate students learned academic standards potentially by constant observation, imitation and personal grope. The standard of the research paper in the students’ eyes shows practice orientation. The situation of opening the theme and the viva ceremony gradually became learning occasions for students. During the dissertation supervising process, the relationship between the tutor and the postgraduate appears disharmonious. Students are able to adjust themselves to adapt it strategically. Facing the utilitarian and blundering atmosphere, the compressive stress from the employment situation and the absence of research resource, the postgraduates’ academic development encountered difficulties. Postgraduates are becoming calmly to think about their station in academic world and the orientation in the life. More and more students begin refusing to go ahead in the academic road.
