宋代是中国上下五千年历史长河中一颗瑰丽的明珠，它经济繁荣，科技进步，它思想开放自由，文化灿烂多样……宋代中国在当时世界经济排名第一。而世人研究宋代经济的发展原因，大多从唯物的角度去研究，例如地理气候环境，国家外部敌害侵略的经济压力，国家内部的财政压力等等。然而，鲜少人分析宋代独树一帜的重商思想及政策对经济发展的影响。本文从唯思史观角度出发，分析宋皇朝和宋代士大夫们“不抑兼并”和重商思想及政策，进而探究宋代经济繁荣与宋代重商主义思想观念转变的密切联系。

The Song Dynasty is a magnificent pearl in China's history of 5,000 years. It has economic prosperity, advanced science and technology, open and free thinking, and splendid culture. The Song Dynasty China ranked first in the world at the time. The world’s research on the economic development of the Song Dynasty has mostly been studied from an objective perspective, such as the geographical and climatic environment. It has been subjected to foreign enemy aggression, increased economic pressures, internal fiscal pressures, and so on. However, few people analyze the unique ideological policy of the Song Dynasty. This article starts from the perspective of the historical view of the Islamic Union and analyzes the "unreconciled annexation" of the Song Dynasty, as well as the ideas of mercantilistism and related policies. Followed by an analysis of the Shi Shang’s heavy business thought. It is further concluded that the economic prosperity and development of the Song Dynasty has a close relationship with the change of the concept of mercantilism in the Song Dynasty.
