医疗服务的均等化是基本公共服务均等化的重要环节，是实现区域一体化均衡发展的重要内容。在目前关于区域医疗服务的研究中，更多的是关注区域之间医疗服务建设的差距。并且对于跨市就医的研究主要集中于政策制度等方面，对于量化跨市就医对区域医疗服务格局和均等化影响的研究较少。本文同时关注医疗服务的供给和需求两个方面，利用改良后的两步移动搜寻法分别计算不可跨市就医和可跨市就医时深圳都市圈医疗服务的可达性。通过分析不可跨市就医和可跨市就医时深圳都市圈医疗服务可达性的格局及其变化，得出跨市就医对于医疗服务可达性影响存在的区域差异。再利用洛伦兹曲线和基尼系数量化其均等性可知，跨城就医有利于促进深圳都市圈医疗服务可达性均等化。最后根据本文的研究结论提出了在就医政策，财政支出等方面的建议。

The equalization of medical services is an important part of the equalization of basic public services. In current research on regional medical services, more attention is paid to the gap in the construction of medical services between regions. Moreover, research on cross city medical treatment mainly focuses on policy and institutional aspects, while there is less research on quantifying the impact of cross city medical treatment on regional medical service patterns and equalization. This paper also focuses on the supply and demand of medical services, and uses the M2FSCA to calculate the accessibility of medical services in the metropolitan area when cross city medical services are not available and cross city medical services are available. By analyzing the pattern and changes of reachability of medical services in the metropolitan area when cross city medical services are not available and cross city medical services are available, it is concluded that there are regional differences in the impact of cross city medical services on accessibility of medical services. Using Lorenz curve and Gini coefficient to quantify its equality, it can be seen that cross city medical treatment is conducive to promoting the equalization of reachability of medical services in metropolitan area.
