微课作为一种新兴的教学手段,其本质是一种网络教学资源,以一段短小的教学视频为呈现形式,围绕一个学科重要的知识点或者技术要素,进行精心设计并运用于教学实践的教学手段。目前,微课的研究已经具备较好的理论基础,微课的实践在许多领域已经取得良好的效果。但微课在体育领域的研究与实践仍处于起步阶段,在网球教学中更是涉及较少。网球技术动作相对复杂,组织结构性较强,需要反复强化学习才能形成正确的运动条件反射,微课为网球技术的学习提供了反复强化学习的条件。本文就微课在大学公共网球选修课教学中的运用进行研究,分析微课在高校网球教学中的运用效果,总结微课在具体实施过程中所存在的问题,为微课在今后实际教学工作的应用体育科学工作者进一步深入研究提供借鉴。

     本文采用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查、教学实验等方法,在前人研究微课的基础上,根据教材内容和教学大纲构建高校网球微课的教学方案;根据网球学习特点和规律,结合实际教学情境运用拍摄设备和剪辑软件进行微课的剪辑、制作;将经过专家检验微课视频高校公共网球选修中运用,对满足实验条件的80名学生进行单因素控制变量的分组教学实验。研究结论如下:

1)微课的运用有助于提高学生的网球学习兴趣,使学生的网球参与程度、对网球运动的关注度、参与网球运动的积极兴趣得到显著提升。

2)微课的运用有效地促进了学生网球学习效果的提升。首先学生基本技能的稳定性、技术动作的规范性有极为显著的提高;其次网球运动知识得到了有效巩固,提高了学生的网球理论知识水平;最后微课的运用极大地改进了学生的学习方式,显著改善了学生的学习态度。

3)微课目前的普及、传播途径较少,整体使用频率不高,但同学们的运用意愿较。今后的微课应在其制作系统化的基础上提升其针对性,同时教师要提升运用效率,让学生学习现状得到及时、有效反馈,加强对重难点和错误动作的微课讲解,更有利于技术知识的稳定和提高

As an emerging teaching means, the essence of micro-course is a kind of network teaching resource. It is presented by a short teaching video, carefully designed and applied to teaching practice around the important knowledge points or technical elements of a subject.At present, the research of micro class has a good theoretical basis, and the practice of micro class has achieved good results in many fields.However, the research and practice of micro-courses in the field of physical education is still in its infancy, and it is less involved in tennis teaching.Tennis technology is relatively complex, the organization structure is strong, need repeated reinforcement learning to form the correct movement reflex, micro class provides the study of repeated reinforcement learning conditions for tennis technology.This paper studies the application of micro-course in the teaching of university public tennis elective course, analyzes the influence of micro-course in university tennis teaching, summarizes the problems in the specific implementation process of micro-course, and provides reference for the application of micro-course in the practical teaching work in the future and the further in-depth research of sports scientists.

On the basis of literature, expert interview, questionnaire survey, teaching experiment, the teaching content and syllabus, editing and testing in the public tennis elective course, group teaching experiment for 80 students who meet the experimental conditions.The study conclusions are as follows:

(1) The application of micro-class is helpful to improve students 'interest in tennis learning, so that students' participation in tennis, attention to tennis, active interest in tennis.

(2) The application of micro-class effectively promotes the improvement of students' tennis learning effect.Firstly, the stability of students 'basic skills and the knowledge of tennis theory were improved, the application of micro courses greatly improves students' learning methods and learning attitude.

(3) At present, micro-courses are less popularized and transmitted, and the overall frequency of use is not high, but students are more willing to use them.In the future, micro-courses should be targeted on the basis of their systematic production. At the same time, teachers should improve the application efficiency, so that students' learning status can get timely and effective feedback, and strengthen the explanation of key and difficult points and wrong actions, which is more conducive to the stability and improvement of technical knowledge.
