近年来,随着中国国力的不断增强以及中西文化交流的日益密切,西班牙的汉语教学工作得到快速发展。越来越多的西班牙人开始学习汉语,西班牙HSK考试的参与人数已连续多年居欧盟国家首位。汉语国际教育事业在西班牙的快速发展对教师数量和质量均提出了更高的要求。针对这一情况,西班牙卡米亚斯大学与西班牙最大的汉语教学机构MACMA公司合作,推出“少儿汉语教学硕士”项目。旨在培养针对西班牙 4-16 岁青少年群体的,熟悉西班牙本土教学法并拥有教学实践能力的中文教师。本文基于对该项目2021届毕业生的问卷调查和对西班牙汉语教学现状的分析,结合泰勒的课程评价理论,从教育目标、“学习经验”的选择,“学习经验”的组织和教学评估四个方面分析了卡米亚斯大学汉硕项目现阶段的培养模式中存在的优势与不足,并且针对现有的培养模式,从入学选拔、课程设置、实习工作和毕业服务四个方面提出了相应的优化建议。针对入学选拔,该项目应注重学前基础,加强学情调研,同时应加强校际合作,实现联合培养。针对课程设置,该项目应加强西语教学的针对性,增加同汉语本体相关的课程以及同中西文化相关的文化类课程,并根据学生建议及时调整课程顺序。针对实习工作,该项目应提供更充分的实习指导,同时注重实习经验的积累和理论研究。此外,该项目还应建立合理的实习评价体系。针对毕业服务,该项目应积极建设校友网络,发挥自身校企合作的优势,为毕业生提供就业指导。本文共七章:第一章为绪论,主要介绍了本文的选题背景和研究意义,梳理了师资本土化培养、西班牙中文教育发展以及汉语国际教育硕士培养模式的相关文献,并且阐述了本研究所依据的理论基础和所使用的研究方法。第二章介绍了西班牙中文教育的发展现状,阐述了西班牙的中文教学工作在现阶段的发展特征。第三章从项目概况、选拔与管理、课程设置和教学实习四个方面介绍了西班牙卡米亚斯大学“少儿汉语教学硕士”项目的基本情况。第四章为调查问卷的设计实施,笔者用图表的形式对调查问卷的数据进行了统计和简要分析。第五章以泰勒的课程评价理论为框架,结合问卷分析和西班牙汉语教学现状,对西班牙卡米亚斯大学汉硕项目的优势与不足进行了深入分析。第六章基于对卡米亚斯大学汉硕项目的优势与不足的分析,从入学选拔,课程设置,实习工作和毕业服务四个方面提出了相应的优化策略。第七章总结了本文的研究成果,并指出了研究中存在的不足,表达了对该项目未来的展望。

With the continuous enhancement of China's national strength and the increasingly close cultural exchange between China and Spain, Chinese language teaching in Spain has developed rapidly in recent years. Spanish people are increasingly enthusiastic about learning Chinese. The number of people taking the HSK test has ranked the first in the European Union for many years. In the meantime, the rapid growth of Chinese education in Spain has put forward higher requirements for the quantity and quality of teachers. To this end, the Universidad Pontificia of Comillas in Spain and MACMA, the largest Chinese teaching institution in Spain, jointly set up the master’s program in “Chinese Teaching for Children”, aiming at cultivating Chinese teachers who are familiar with Spanish native teaching methods and have teaching practical ability for Spanish young people aged 4-16.Based on the Taylor’s curriculum theory and requirement analysis theory, the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the current training mode of the Master’s program in Chinese Teaching of the Universidad Pontificia of Comillas in Spain through the questionnaire survey of the graduates of the program in 2021 and the in-depth interview with the teachers. In addition, in view of the deficiencies in the training mode, corresponding suggestions are put forward from four aspects of admission selection, curriculum setting, internship arrangement and graduation service.In response to the issues encountered in this project, the author proposes the following suggestions on optimization. Regarding the selection of incoming students, project organizers should focus on pre-school foundational knowledge and strengthen inter-school collaboration to achieve joint training. In terms of curriculum design, the author believes that there should be a stronger focus on the specificity of Spanish language teaching, as well as an increase in courses related to the Chinese language and elective courses related to Chinese and Western cultural aspects. Moreover, course sequencing should be adjusted promptly based on student feedback. As for internship arrangements, project organizers should provide more comprehensive guidance while emphasizing the accumulation of practical experience and the study of relevant theories. Additionally, organizers ought to establish an internship evaluation system that closely links internships with employment. Concerning employment issues, the author believes that project organizers should build alumni networks and leverage their advantages in school-enterprise cooperation to provide employment guidance for graduates.This paper consists of seven chapters:The first chapter is the introduction part,which mainly expounds the background of the topic and the significance of the research. The literature review focuses on the localized cultivation of teachers, the development of Chinese education in Spain and the training mode of postgraduates of Chinese Teaching, and describes the theoretical basis and research methods used in this research.The second chapter describes the  situation of the development of Chinese education in Spain and various problems facing the Chinese teaching in Spain in the current development process.In the third chapter, the basic situation of the “master’s program in the Chinese Teaching for Children” of the Universidad Pontificia of Comillas in Spain is explained from four aspects: the background of the program establishment, selection and management, curriculum setting and teaching practice.The fourth chapter focuses on the design and implementation of the questionnaire, where the author uses the form of charts to conduct the statistics and brief analysis of the questionnaire data.In the fifth chapter, based on Taylor’s curriculum theory and the advantages and disadvantages of the master’s program in Chinese Teaching of the Universidad Pontificia of Comillas in Spain are analyzed in depth through the questionnaire data and the interview content.In the sixth chapter, based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the master’s program in Chinese teaching of the Universidad Pontificia of Comillas in Spain, it puts forward the corresponding optimization strategies from four dimensions of admission selection, curriculum setting, internship and graduation service.
