在新高考改革进行中的当下,中国本土化生涯发展研究纷纷得到开展。研究测量了北京五所高中839名高一学生的职业抱负-期待兴趣类型差异和社会声望差异,以及生涯发展状态相关变量,探究了职业抱负-期待差异以及生涯发展状态之间的关系,并从性别差异的角度进行比较。研究发现,男生和女生在职业期待和抱负-期待差值上存在显著差异,但是在生涯发展状态上不存在显著差异。此外,职业抱负-期待声望差值与职业期待声望分别对生涯发展和生涯规划存在一定预测作用,另外,男生职业期待越低,抱负-期待差异越大的人,抑郁程度可能更高,生涯发展程度较差的人更容易焦虑,但是女生均不存在这样的相关。

With the reforming of Chinese college entrance examination, Chinese localization research about career development have been started up. The current research surveyed 839 students in Grade 10, who were from five different high school in Beijing. The current research tried to find the relationship between Occupational aspiration-expectation gap and career development, and compare them from boys and girls. It was found that there was difference between boys and girls about occupational expectation and aspiration-expectation gap. However, there was no difference on career development. Besides, aspiration-expectation gap or occupational expectation could predict the career development and career planning. Except that, comparing with girls, boys who had low expectation about career or higher gap would be more likely feel depressed and anxious.
