当今社会网络技术和信息传播技术不断发展,自媒体突破了传统媒体的限制,深入到各个行业之中。在对外汉语教学中,自媒体短视频更是得到了平台的流量支持,为汉语学习者提供了丰富的学习资源。

与传统的教学方法相比,短视频的语言表达形式更加生动,能够帮助汉语学习者更好地了解中国文化和中国国情。李子柒作为中国美食短视频创作者,凭借自制柳州螺蛳粉、蚕丝被等高质量的短视频作品得到了诸多网友的喜爱,在海外Youtube平台上的粉丝高达1740w,在国内外有较大的文化影响力。

在对外汉语文化课上,李子柒的短视频可以引起学生的学习兴趣和积极性,帮助学生了解中国文化。但是在自媒体短视频对外汉语教学的应用中,也存在一些挑战。如李子柒的视频中,言语交际互动较少,缺少字幕,间杂四川方言,视频内容专题比较分散。本文将结合网络短视频和对外汉语教学的现状和特点,以李子柒的短视频和对外汉语文化教学为例,分析网络短视频在对外汉语教学中的优点和缺点,有针对性地短视频文化教学提供建议。

外文摘要:

With the continuous development of social network technology and information communication technology, we media has broken through the restrictions of traditional media and penetrated into various industries. In the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language, short videos of we media are supported by the traffic flow of the platform, providing rich learning resources for Chinese learners.

Compared with traditional teaching methods, the language expression form of short videos is more vivid, which can help Chinese learners better understand Chinese culture and national conditions. As a Chinese food video creator, Li Ziqi has won the popularity of many netizens with his homemade Liuzhou snail noodles, silk noodles and other high-quality short video works. He has as many as 1740 million fans on overseas Youtube platforms, and enjoys great cultural influence at home and abroad.

Li's short videos can arouse students' interest and enthusiasm in learning Chinese as a foreign language and help them understand Chinese culture. However, there are also some challenges in the application of short we-media videos in teaching Chinese as a foreign language. For example, in Li Ziqi's videos, there are few verbal interactions, lack of subtitles, intermixed Sichuan dialect, and the video content topics are relatively scattered. This paper will combine the current situation and characteristics of network short video and teaching Chinese as a foreign language, take Li Ziqi's short video and teaching Chinese as a foreign language culture as an example, analyze the advantages and disadvantages of network short video in teaching Chinese as a foreign language, and provide targeted suggestions on short video culture teaching.
