2018年3月23日,国家监察委员会在北京举行了揭牌和宪法宣誓仪式。至此,标志着在以习近平总书记为核心的党中央决策部署下,深化国家监察体制改革,构建党对反腐败工作的集中统一领导,实现对所有行使公权力的公职人员监察全覆盖的、中国特色的国家监察体制确立形成了。中国特色国家监察体制的确立形成,是创制之举,是崭新的政治制度,是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的产物,它从孕育到诞生自始至终贯穿了习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想。习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,是系统完整、逻辑严密的科学理论体系，是指导全党全国各族人民为实现中华民族伟大复兴而奋斗的行动指南。监察委员会是国家机构改革背景下成立的新型反腐机关，本文对机构改革后，新型反腐机关即监察委员会的性质、职责、职权、监察范围、运行模式以及自身监督等方面进行研究。对于已有的文献进行梳理、总结，通过自己的理解和看法对于监察委员会工作中的相关问题进行论述，并且对于相关问题有针对性的提出了参考性的建议。
