本文以TX集团多元化战略转型引发的企业文化的重塑为研究课题,通过对企业文献资料的研究、问卷调查、员工访谈等方式深入了解TX集团多元化产业发展与企业文化演变的情况及存在的各种管理现象、员工情绪变化等问题。以沙因(Edgar H.Schein)教授提出的定性测评理论与卡梅隆(Kim S.Cameron)和奎因(Robert E.Quinn)提出的定量测评理论中的组织文化诊断OCAI量表对TX集团下属三大板块的六个维度:主要特征、组织和领导能力、员工管理、组织的粘合度、战略重点、成功标准进行数据提取、分析。结合战略转型相关理论,如动态能力理论、柔性战略理论;企业文化相关理论,如学习型组织理论、强势文化理论、对立价值观理论等对战略与文化的匹配关系、变革的必要性、关键因素以及如何重塑企业文化作为重点论述。最终,为TX集团多元化战略下,企业文化重塑提出“基因相承,特色发展”的主导思想,给出系统化的企业文化建设模式建议,加快员工对企业特殊发展时期的企业文化的适应速度、认同感及信心,增强组织的生命活力,为企业多元化战略拓展的成功奠定思想的基石。

This paper studies the reshaping of corporate culture caused by TX Group's diversification strategy transformation. Through the study of enterprise reference documents, questionnaire survey, employee interview and so on, we have a deep understanding of the development of TX Group's diversified industries and the evolution of corporate culture, as well as various management phenomena and employee mood changes. By using the qualitative assessment theory proposed by Professor Edgar H. Schein, and the organizational culture diagnosis OCIA of the quantitative theory proposed by Kim S. Cameron and Robert E., this paper exacts data to analyze the six dimensions of the TX Group's three major business segments: the main features, the organization, leadership, staff management, organizational adhesion, strategic focus, and success criteria. Combine the related theories of strategic transformation, such as dynamic ability theory and flexible strategy theory; Corporate culture related theories, such as learning organization theory, strong culture theory, opposing values theory, etc., match the relationship between strategy and culture, the necessity of change, key factors, and how to reshape corporate culture as the focus of discussion. In the end, under the diversification strategy of the TX Group, the leading idea of "genetic inheritance and characteristic development" is proposed for corporate culture remodeling, and systematic suggestions for corporate cultural construction models are given. This will accelerate the employees’adaptation, identify and confidence to the enterprise culture of the special development period of the enterprise, , enhance the vitality of the organization, and lay the cornerstone of thought for the success of the enterprise diversification strategy.
