在中国集体主义文化中，极其强调个体与家庭的联结，因此在探讨生涯发展问题时，家庭对个体的影响至关重要。本研究的目的是探讨父母自主支持对职业决策困难的影响，同时也探讨完美主义和应对方式在家庭对职业决策困难影响过程中的中间作用。研究选取北京、南京、广州、甘肃四地672名大学生为被试，采用感知到的父母自主支持问卷(POPS_Autonomy)，近乎完美主义量表(APS-R)，应对方式量表(PF-SOC)以及情绪和人格职业决策困难问卷(EPCD)，探讨了父母自主支持，完美主义，应对方式和职业决策困难四者之间的关系，得到以下结果：1.大学生职业决策困难在中等水平偏上，其中对职业选择过程、结果等方面的担心焦虑水平偏高。生源地是农村的学生比生源地是城市以及乡镇的学生表现出了更多职业决策困难，包括表现出更多悲观的想法，更多焦虑的情绪，以及更多自我和自我认同上的问题。2.大学生的父母自主支持水平偏高。女生比男生感受到更多来自母亲的自主支持。城市和乡镇学生比农村学生感受到更多来自父亲和母亲的自主支持。3.大学生完美主义的水平整体中等偏高。大学生整体喜欢给自己制定比较高的标准，男性比女性，农村比城市和乡镇学生更容易制定高于自己的正常水平的标准。4.大学生应对方式的水平整体中等偏高。来自城市的大学生比来自农村和乡镇的大学生更会使用问题解决的方式应对压力。男性比女性，来自农村比来自城市和乡镇的学生更多使用逃避方式应对压力。5.父母自主支持与完美主义，应对方式和职业决策困难都有中等程度的相关。非适应性完美主义，两种较为消极的应对方式与职业决策困难三者之间两两都有较高正相关。而适应性完美主义和问题解决取向的应对方式之间中等相关，两者与职业决策困难的相关较低甚至不显著。6.父母自主支持会通过完美主义和应对方式对职业决策困难产生影响，且父亲母亲的影响机制不同。父亲自主支持都为间接影响，会通过适应性和非适应性完美主义以及三种应对方式对职业决策困难产生影响。而母亲自主支持的影响多为直接影响，也有一小部分会通过适应性和非适应性完美主义及抑制型应对方式间接影响职业决策困难。

In the context of collectivism culture in China, the bond between individual and his family has been highly valued. As a result, the influence of family to people’s career development is very important. So the study aimed to explore the contribution of Parents Autonomy Support to young adult’s Career-Decision-Making Difficulties, and the effect of Perfectionism and Coping Style in the process.The study investigated the relationships of Parents Autonomy Support, Perfectionism, Coping Style and Career-Decision-Making Difficulties. Parents Autonomy Support Subscales of Perceptions of Parents Scales (POPS_Autonomy), Almost Perfect Scale-Revised (APS-R), Problem-Focused Style of Coping (PF-SOC), and Emotion and Personality Career Difficulties Scale (EPCD) were administered to 672 undergraduate students from Beijing, Nanjing, Guangzhou and Gansu. The study Results were as followed:1. Career decision making difficulties of the students was medium. The anxiety of career choice including the process and result was a bit high. The students from rural area had more career decision making difficulties than students from county and city, 2. Parents autonomy support of the students was relatively higher. Female felt more mother autonomy support than female. . The students from rural area felt less parents autonomy support than students from county and city.3. Perfectionism of the students was medium. Students like making high standard for themselves on the whole. The students from rural area were more easy to make the standard beyond their regular level than students from county and city,4. Coping style of the students was medium. The students from city used more problem-focused coping than students from rural area and county. As for the suppressive coping style, male students used it more than female students, and students from rural area used it more than students from county and city5. Parents autonomy support had a moderate relationship with perfectionism, coping style, and career decision making difficulties. Besides, maladaptive perfectionism, the suppressive and reactive coping style, and career decision making difficulties had a high positive correlation with each other. However, the correlations between adaptive perfectionism and reflective coping style was medium and their correlations with career decision making difficulties were relevant low and even not significant. 6. Parents autonomy support had an effect on career decision making difficulties through perfectionism and coping style, and the influence of father and mother were different. Father autonomy support’s effects were all indirect. It effected career decision making difficulties through adaptive and maladaptive perfectionism, as well as three kinds of coping style. However, mother autonomy support had both direct and indirect effects on career decision making difficulties. The indirect effects were through adaptive and maladaptive perfectionism and suppressive coping style.
