数字化转型是未来的发展趋势，青岛啤酒作为行业领军企业，已积极开展数字化转型工作。但转型对企业发展产生的影响还需通过绩效评价结果反映，因此，建立符合企业战略的绩效评价体系对实现战略目标尤为重要。本文基于青岛啤酒的案例研究，分析了企业数字化转型成果、绩效评价体系的现状与存在的问题，构建了结合数字化转型背景的平衡计分卡绩效评价体系，加入了衡量数字化转型成果的指标，此外，还增设社会责任维度，以体现数字化转型带来的环境效益和社会效益。由青岛啤酒纵观整个行业的发展，啤酒行业应当顺应数字经济的发展趋势，抓住数字化转型的机遇，勇于改革，并借鉴青岛啤酒在平衡计分卡上的成功经验，为企业战略管理找到合适的绩效评价体系，提升核心竞争力。

Digital transformation is the development trend of the future. As a leading enterprise in the industry, Tsingtao Beer has actively carried out digital transformation work. However, the impact of transformation on enterprise development needs to be reflected by performance evaluation results. Therefore, it is particularly important to establish a performance evaluation system in line with enterprise strategy to achieve strategic goals. Based on the case study of Tsingtao Beer, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the enterprise's digital transformation achievements and performance evaluation system, constructs a balanced scorecard performance evaluation system combined with the background of digital transformation, and innovatively adds indicators to measure the achievements of digital transformation. In addition, social responsibility dimension is also added to reflect the environmental and social benefits brought by digital transformation. In view of the development of the whole industry, the beer industry should conform to the development trend of digital economy and learn from the successful experience of Tsingtao Beer in balanced scorecard, so as to find appropriate methods for corporate strategic management and enhance core competitiveness.
