随着公费师范生政策的逐渐发展，对于如何面向现实需要培养公费师范生成为重要的议题之一。本研究在参考国内外学生满意度调查研究的基础上，选择课程设置满意度这一角度，针对北京师范大学地理科学(师范)2014、2015、2016级学生开展课程设置满意度调查。得出结论包括:(1)2015版培养方案中课程设置相较于2013版学生满意度并无提升;(2)同年级学生间对于课程设置的满意度评价有相当的共性;(3)不同年级的学生对课程设置的不同方面的评价由于实践经验、工作经验等的影响，存在差异的同时也保留些共性特征。根据研究结果，提出有关建议:应当对学生进行追踪调查从而优化课程设置;课程设置应从准确传达课程意义，合理调整专业方向必修课和选修课的结构顺序、提升教师个人魅力和教学水平、增设野外实习 课程、加强培育师范生科研素养等方面具体入手。

With the development of free normal students policy, the topic that how to train normal students to face the need of society becomes hot. This research, basing on the existing research of student satisfaction, makes questionnaire survey and interviews to get data of 2014-2016 free normal students majored in geography in Beijing Normal University. In this research, some conclusions are as follows: (1) the 2015 training program, comparing with the 2013 training program, has less progress. (2) Normal students in the same grade have much similarity to the course arrangement. (3) Normal students in different grades have not only some similarity but also many different opinions towards course arrangement because of the practical and work experience. According to this research, the college should track the development of their students and then optimize course setup. Also, course arrangement should start from decoding the meaning of the general education curriculum for students. Adjusting the ratio and the order of compulsory courses and optional courses, enhancing teachers’ personal charm and teaching level, adding field practice and strengthening the training of normal students，capacity for scientific research should also be taken into account.
