我们党的十九届五中全会中,习总书记提出了第十四个五年规划和二〇三五年远景目标的建议。建议中提出到2035年,我们国家要建成体育强国。为我们的新奋斗目标指引了方向,但这一切并不是一番风顺的,2020年初,一场突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情席卷全球,导致全世界陷入低谷期,我国政府和人民在短时间内举全国之力应对疫情,当前已经取得了抗击新冠疫情的战略胜利。习总书记在抗击新冠疫情表彰大会上强调生命至上,这场疫情使人们对“加强锻炼、强健体魄”的认识不断增强,对于身体健康促进有了更为深入的领悟。这表明了,我们在这一阶段的发展是机遇和挑战并存的。基于此,本论文从疫情期间中学生居家锻炼这个角度研究学生运动动机对锻炼效果的影响,以中学生和部分中学体育教师为研究对象,分析在疫情特殊背景下中学生体育锻炼的基本情况,分析了存在的主要问题,提出了要进一步提升中学生对于体育锻炼重要的认知、进一步创新和丰富居家体育锻炼的形式和内容以及积极探索居家锻炼形式并建立体育锻炼效果反馈和评价机制的意见建议。

外文摘要:

In the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, General Secretary Xi proposed the 14th Five-Year Plan and the vision goal of 2035. The proposal puts forward that by 2035, China will build a country strong in sports. At the beginning of 2020, a sudden COVID-19 epidemic swept the world, causing the world to fall into a low period. The Chinese government and people made all efforts to deal with the epidemic in a short time, and now we have achieved a strategic victory in the fight against COVID-19. At the commendation conference of fighting against COVID-19, General Secretary Xi stressed that life comes first. The epidemic has enhanced people's understanding of "strengthening exercise and building a strong body" and deepened their understanding of physical health promotion. This shows that our development at this stage has both opportunities and challenges. Based on this, I studied the influence of students' sports motivation on the exercise effect from the perspective of home exercise of middle school students during the epidemic period. Outbreak were analyzed in the basic situation of middle school students' physical exercise under a special background, analyzes the main problems, put forward to further improve middle school students to exercise important cognitive, further innovation and rich the form and content of physical exercise at home, and actively explore the form of exercise that occupy the home and build physical exercise effect feedback and evaluation mechanism and advice
