随着中国高等教育的迅速发展,提升教育质量已经成为当务之急,以满足社会对高素质人才的需求。近年来,对高等教育的评价从传统的以科研成果为重,越来越偏向从学生的角度出发,重视学生的学业与发展。随着疫情的发展,大学生与学校之间的矛盾日益突出,如何提升学生的归属感成为当前研究的热点。学业自我效能感作为一个重要的话题,研究它与学校归属感之间的关系,可以为大学生的学习和生活提供有效的指导。通过对北京某所高校256名大学本科生的问卷调查,本研究得出了以下重要结论:大学生的学校归属感与学业自我效能感均处在良好水平,在是否为独生子女和是否为学生干部方面存在显著差异,二者之间存在显著正相关,学校归属感与学业自我效能感有显著相互正向预测作用。

外文摘要:

In recent years, the evaluation of higher education from the traditional focus on scientific research, more and more biased from the perspective of students, pay attention to students ' academic and development. With the development of the epidemic, the contradiction between college students and schools has become increasingly prominent. How to improve students ' sense of belonging has become a hot topic in current research. As an important theme, studying the relationship between academic self-efficacy and school belonging can provide effective guidance for college students ' learning and life. Through a questionnaire survey of 256 undergraduate students in a university in Beijing, this study draws the following important conclusions : College students ' sense of school belonging and academic self-efficacy are at a good level, and there are significant differences in whether they are only children and whether they are student cadres. There is a significant positive correlation between the two. School belonging and academic self-efficacy have a significant positive predictive effect on each other.
