Plant factories, as a cutting-edge achievement in the development of modern facility agriculture worldwide, are characterized by a perfect combination of high investment, high technology, and precision facilities. This system not only integrates the essence of biology, engineering, and systems management, but also successfully liberates agricultural production from the constraints of natural ecology. It can achieve planned annual production of plant products, injecting new vitality into the industrialized agricultural system. In the process of agricultural industrialization, plant factories are one of the most promising and dynamic fields for absorbing and applying high-tech achievements, indicating the direction of future agricultural development and demonstrating infinite possibilities and prospects. The crop production in plant factories has the characteristics of controllable environment, annual production, stable supply, high resource utilization efficiency, and clean production. Compared to traditional agricultural production methods such as fields and greenhouses, plant factories greatly reduce carbon emissions and are an efficient and sustainable agricultural production model. As a new type of agricultural facility with completely controllable environment, plant factories can grow a variety of crops, including vegetables, flowers, herbaceous Chinese herbs, etc. In big cities like Beijing, due to the lack of agricultural land, plant factories can produce on site to solve the problem of urban leafy vegetable supply. According to statistical data, the market demand for leafy vegetables in Beijing is quite considerable, while plant factories are almost in a blank state in the Beijing market, so their market prospects are very promising. This article provides an in-depth analysis of the marketing status of Y Plant Factory's vegetable products, which serves as the research object of the paper. A macro and micro analysis was conducted on the marketing environment of Y Plant Factory through the use of external marketing environment and SWOT comprehensive analysis methods. The study found that the enterprise has the advantages of stable quality, customizability, possessing state-owned enterprise resources and advanced technology. However, there are also disadvantages such as high management costs, small scale of enterprises, and slow decision-making speed. In terms of opportunities, it benefits from the needs of social development and the support of government policies. But at the same time, it also faces challenges such as competition threats from traditional vegetables and insufficient brand awareness. Based on the above in-depth analysis, this article carefully plans a detailed marketing strategy from four key dimensions: product characteristics, price positioning, channel layout, and promotional methods, aiming to better meet market demand and enhance brand competitiveness. I hope this study can provide reference for the marketing strategies of other related domestic enterprises and promote the healthy development of the vegetable product industry in plant factories. |
