随着移动互联网技术的高速发展，在线教育这几年也如火如荼地发展起来，之前制约视频传播的网速也已不再是问题，上网费用更是一降再降，从而使网络教育进入一个高速发展的新时代。在线学习也逐渐人性化、智能化，基于以上的大背景，以学生为主体的在线教育理念逐渐深入人心。 目前国内外的研究现状是前端视频播放器功能相对健全，后端教学平台的设计一般是基于宏观分析的，力图囊括全部学习事件，包括文本浏览，论坛讨论，作业测试等各个部分，但是针对视频浏览的部分的精度不够。本系统通过收集学生在观看视频时的零散数据，做系统分析，让学生更了解自己的学习状态，明确目标，自我激励；同时，将相关学习数据提供给管理者，了解学生学习情况，从而对学生的学习过程进行干预，并且了解课程中存在哪些问题，及时对课程内容进行更新。 本系统通过HTML5、B/S架构、PHP语言等技术，完成了北语网院视频管理系统设计任务并实现了所有功能。 不仅如此，本系统还在视频授权加密方面进行了深入的研究，使具备良好兼容性、可以进行跨平台浏览、基于HTML5开发的视频播放器，在不暴露视频绝对下载地址的状态下得以应用。

In this system, we collected the scattered data of students in watching videos, and made systematic analysis. Let the students know their learning state better, clear goals, self-motivation; at the same time, the relevant learning data will be provided to managers to understand the students' learning situation, to intervene in the students' learning process, and to understand what problems exist in the curriculum, and timely update the curriculum content. Through HTML5, B/S architecture, PHP language and other technologies, the system completes the design task of video resource management system in online education college, BLCU and achieves all functions. More Than This, this system also conducted in-depth research on video encryption. The video player has good compatibility, cross platform browsing can be done, development based on HTML5. The video player can be applied without exposing the absolute download address of the video.
