感恩是一种处世哲学,是生活中的大智慧。作为一种道德品质和生活态度,感恩是人与人之间交往的情感纽带,是中华民族的优良传统,也是全人类共同推崇的一种心理品质。目前全国在校大学生已超过2300万人,如此庞大的一支队伍,将成为未来中国特色社会主义事业的合格建设者和可靠接班人。一名合格的大学生,无疑要具备一定的综合素质,这其中既包括基本的专业知识和技能,更需要具备一颗感恩的心及完善的人格。但是实际生活中,由于各种原因的影响,部分大学生中却存在着一些令人担忧的与主流价值观偏离的不感恩现象,种种现象折射出长期以来我国感恩教育的缺失。因此,在建设社会主义精神文明和构建社会主义和谐社会的今天,培养和树立大学生的感恩意识和感恩品质,已成为当前高校德育中的一项重要内容。本文共分为四部分:第一部分,导论。主要运用文献研究法分析了感恩教育的研究意义、国内外研究现状。第二部分,感恩及感恩教育的理论探讨。分析中国传统社会中、宗教中、马克思主义理论中的感恩思想,合理吸收利用,指出现代感恩观应该是在中西文化优化融合的基础上,对感恩的科学认识下,在人格平等的基础上的一种正义、高尚的互动情感与行为。第三部分,当代大学生感恩品质缺失表现及原因探析。从大学生对待自己,对待他人,对待社会,对待大自然四个方面阐释了大学生感恩品质缺失的现状。然后针对这些现象,从家庭、学校、社会、大学生自身四个方面分析原因。第四部分,大学生感恩教育的实践探讨。针对大学生的特点,提出了感恩教育的三种载体:课堂教学、校园文化、助学工作;感恩教育的四大内容:识恩教育、谢恩教育、报恩教育、施恩不图报教育;感恩教育的四类方法:榜样示范法、情感沟通法、实践锻炼法和自我教育法。

Thanksgiving is not only a philosophy of life but also a great wisdom of life. As a moral quality and an attitude to life, it is emotional link between human, the traditional virtue of the Chinese nation, the mankind's common outstanding quality of life.At present, there are more than 23 million students in college, such a large team, will become the qualified builders and reliable successors of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the future. As qualified college students, they must have certain overall quality, which includes not only the basic professional knowledge and skills, but also a heart of thanksgiving and a perfect personality. But in the practical life, as a result of some reasons, there are some non-thanksgiving phenomena that deviate from the mainstream values. All these phenomena reflect a lack of thanksgiving education in China for a long time. Therefore, in the course of building socialist spiritual civilization and socialist harmonious society, to cultivate and foster a sense of gratitude and thanksgiving quality, has now become an important content in the college. This article is divided into four parts: The first part is introductory remarks. This part studied the meaning of thanksgiving education, the present research situation of the domestic and foreign by literature analysis. The second part is the theory of thanksgiving and thanksgiving education. It analyses China's traditional society, religion, the Marxist theory of thanksgiving, points out that the modern concept of thanksgiving is to optimize the integration of Chinese and western culture on the basis of the scientific understanding of thanksgiving, it's a noble sentiment and behavior interaction on the basis of equality. The third part discusses the thanksgiving quality of college students and the reasons of thanksgiving lackness, explains the thanksgiving quality of college students form the treatment of themselves, other people, society and the nature. In older to solve the problems, then analyses the causes from family, school, society and college students themselves. The fourth part analyses the practice of thanksgiving education. In view of university students' characteristic, proposed three vectors of thanksgiving education: classroom teaching, campus culture, assistance work; four elements of thanksgiving education: the education to realize the gratefulness, the education to thank the gratefulness, the education to repay an obligation, the education to do favor without expecting one ' return;four methods of thanksgiving education: example, emotional communication, practice and self-education.
