加快建设高质量、专业型、研究型师资队伍是我国目前教师教育改革的重要任务。体育师范生是整个教育队伍的后备力量,其教学能力、研究能力的提高,在一定程度上意味着整个体育教师队伍向“研究型”教师迈进。对高等师范院校体育师范生教育研习进行研究,既符合国家教师教育改革的发展方向,也是促使体育师范生专业能力提升的成长路径。
研究基于文本分析法、问卷调查法等方法,对不同层次 12 所师范院校 2019 级体育教育专业的学生以及指导教师进行调查。探究高等师范院校体育师范生教育研习现况的问题表征,找寻体育师范生教育研习培养的影响因素和具体原因,并针对分析结果提出相应的建议,以期更好地促进体育师范生的培养以及教学科研能力的提高。通过研究得出以下结论:
(1)通过对文本分析发现,不同层次师范院校教育研习方案在制定依据、培养目标、实施内容层面均存在不同程度的缺失,仍有待继续完善。
(2)通过对现状调查分析发现,相关课程设置缺乏完善性、研习目标形式缺乏关注性、高校与研习基地缺乏联系性、指导教师选拔缺乏严格性、三习一体化实施缺乏反思性、研习考核评价机制缺乏健全性。
(3)通过对影响因素和原因分析发现,开展教育研习的时间长短、研习基地的建设水平、研习指导教师的指导水平和态度等都是影响教育研习开展的主要因素。引起上述问题的原因主要归纳于以下四点:体育师范生实际行动力不足、指导教师指导与关注率不高、学校研习工作重视程度不够、教育主管部门督促监管不力。
通过研究结论,提出以下建议:
(1)体育师范生应提高重视程度,做好研习前准备工作。端正研习态度,加强反思沟通交流。
(2)指导教师应对标研习要求,发挥自身带头引领作用。增进指导频率注重学生研究素养培育。
(3)学校层面应完善课程设置,合理安排研习时间。明确研习目标,开展系列讲座。密切联系基地,严格指导教师选拔标准。健全评价机制,避免研习流于形式主义。
(4)教育主管部门层面应制定研习政策,规范完善规章制度。加大服务保障,统筹协调各方关系。

外文摘要:

Accelerating the construction of high-quality, professional, and research-oriented teaching  staff is an important task in China's current teacher education reform. As future "physical education teachers", physical education normal school students are the reserve force of the entire education team. The improvement of their teaching and research abilities to a certain extent means that the entire physical education teacher team is moving towards "research-oriented" teachers. Educational research and training of physical education normal students in higher normal universities is not only in line with the development direction of national teacher education reform, but also a growth path to promote the improvement of professional abilities of physical education normal students.
The research is based on methods such as text analysis and questionnaire survey to investigate students and guidance teachers in the 2019 physical education major of 12 normal universities at different levels. Exploring the problem representation of the current situation of educational research of physical education normal students in higher normal universities, identifying the influencing factors and specific reasons for educational research of physical education normal students, and proposing corresponding suggestions based on the analysis results, in order to better promote the cultivation of physical education normal students and the improvement of teaching and research abilities.
The following conclusions have been drawn through research:
(1) Through text analysis, it was found that there are varying degrees of deficiencies in the development basis, training objectives, and implementation content of education and research programs at different levels of normal universities, which still need to be further improved.
(2) Through investigation and analysis of the current situation, it was found that the relevant curriculum lacks completeness, the form of research objectives lacks attention, universities and research bases lack connectivity, guidance teacher selection lacks rigor, the implementation of the integration of three studies lacks reflection, and the research assessment 4and evaluation mechanism lacks robustness.
(3) Through the analysis of influencing factors and reasons, it was found that the duration of educational training, the level of construction of research bases, and the guidance level and attitude of research instructors are all the main factors affecting the development of educational research. The main reasons for the above problems can be summarized in the following four points: insufficient actual action ability of physical education normal school students, low guidance and attention rate of guidance teachers, insufficient emphasis on school study work, and inadequate supervision and supervision by education regulatory authorities.
Based on the research findings, the following suggestions are proposed:
(1) Normal sports students should increase their emphasis and prepare well before the study; Correct study attitude, strengthen reflection and communication.
(2) Instructors should benchmark their learning requirements and play a leading and leading role; Increase guidance frequency and focus on cultivating students' research literacy.
(3) At the school level, the curriculum should be improved and the study time should be arranged reasonably; Clarify the study objectives and conduct a series of lectures; Close contact with the base and strict guidance on teacher selection standards; We should improve the evaluation mechanism and avoid studying in formalism.
(4) At the level of education authorities, training policies should be formulated to standardize and improve rules and regulations; Increase service guarantee; Coordinate and coordinate the relationships between all parties.
