已有大量研究对普通环境中的链霉菌资源进行了挖掘,但是极端环境中仍潜藏着新的链霉菌和潜在天然产物。为探讨西藏来源的土壤链霉菌存在的种类及其潜在天然产物,本研究成功从西藏来源的土壤中离出链霉菌,并对分离结果中的5个菌株用于抑菌实验,结果表明目标菌株均具有抑菌作用。对目标菌株进行16s测序和系统发生树构建,并且对抑菌效果较好的菌株S2通过第三代基因测序和antiSMASH软件分析,以进行进一步的产物预测分析。结果可确定5个目标菌株都是链霉菌,产物预测分析显示S2能生产30种潜在天然产物基因簇,其中萜类和聚酮化合物合成基因、非核糖体多肽合成酶基因占据了主要部分。该研究结果表明西藏地区土壤中分布着具有一定抑菌能力的链霉菌,不仅能应用于抗生素的创新发展,还具有一些抗氧化商业产物的开发价值。

外文摘要:

Numerous studies have explored the resources of Streptomyces in ordinary environments, but new Streptomyces and potential natural products still lurk in extreme environments. In order to explore the types and potential natural products of soil Streptomyces from Tibet, this study successfully isolated Streptomyces from soil from Tibet and conducted antibacterial experiments on 5 strains from the isolation results. The results showed that the sample strains all had antibacterial effects. 16s sequencing and phylogenetic tree construction were carried out for the sample strain, and the third generation gene sequencing and antiSMASH software analysis were carried out for the strain S2 with good antibacterial effect to further predict the product. Results The five sample strains were identified as Streptomyces, and the product prediction analysis showed that S2 could produce 30 potential natural product gene cluster, of which terpene and polyketone synthesis genes, and non ribosome polypeptide synthetase genes accounted for the main part. The research results indicate that Streptomyces with certain antibacterial ability is distributed in the soil of Tibet region, which not only can be applied to the innovative development of antibiotics, but also has the development value of some antioxidant commercial products.
