中国共产党第十八届四中全会以来,在依法治国基本方略的引领下,法治建设取得了瞩目的成就。依法治国,教育先行,基础教育领域更是掀起了青少年法治教育的热潮。随着新一轮课程改革的不断深入,《中国学生发展核心素养》研究成果提出要进一步关注对学生进行法治教育。其应以核心素养为根基,提高学生的法治意识。这是国家建设的根本思想和基本录像,同时也是政治学科的核心观点和其他素养的必要前提或必然要求,而初中政治课是承载学科核心任务的重要载体,培育青少年法治意识的有效渠道。从核心素养角度出发探究培育初中生的法治意识策略,既在宏观上有效落实培养德智体美全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人育人目标,又在微观上从教师教学改进角度去探求如何在素养层面引领学生法治意识的发生发展,使得初中政治课更加生活化、情景化,更为学生接受,更加凸显政治课的育人价值。 本文从核心素养的角度切入,以质性研究与量化研究相协助的方式探究培育初中生法治意识的有效策略,包含以下四个方面内容。笔者首先梳理以往相关研究,并且学科核心素养和法治意识教育的相关概念做出界定。其次基于区域项目的数据筛选,借用政治学科能力教学改进模式的水平维度,搭建出初中道德与法治教学改进的研究模型,并且就此模式针对具体的被试学校展开立体化的数据分析。之后根据在被试学校内进行素养导向的教学改进,对测量工具的量化分析、学生们的课后质性访谈,找出目前法治意识教育出现的问题。最后探寻出师生间法治意识的巧妙关联点,结合家校和社会因素,提出基于核心素养的、适合初中学生的法治意识培育参考策略。

Under the guidance of the basic strategy of governing the country by law, the construction of the rule of law has made remarkable achievements since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Education as a Pioneer Force in the Construction of Rule of Law, and in the field of basic education, there is an upsurge of juvenile education under the rule of law. With the deepening of the new round of curriculum reform, the research results of "Chinese Students' Development Core Literacy" put forward that further attention should be paid to the legal education of students. It should be based on core literacy to improve students' awareness of the rule of law. This is not only the basic idea and basic video of national construction, but also the necessary premise or requirement of the core viewpoint and other literacy of political course. Political course in junior school is an important carrier of the core task of the discipline and an effective channel to cultivate juvenile's awareness of the rule of law. From the perspective of core literacy, this paper explores the strategy of cultivating junior school students' awareness of the rule of law. It not only effectively implements the goal of cultivating socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality、intelligence,、physical fitness and beauty, but also explores how to lead the development of students' awareness of the rule of law at the level of teachers' teaching improvement in micro-level, so as to make junior high school political lessons more life-oriented and situational. For students to accept, more highlight the value of political education. From the perspective of core literacy, this paper explores the effective strategies of cultivating junior school students' awareness of rule of law in the way of combining qualitative research with quantitative research, including the following four aspects. Firstly, the author combs the previous relevant research, and defines the related concepts of discipline core literacy and rule of law awareness education. Secondly, based on the data screening of regional projects, borrowing the level dimension of the ability teaching improvement model of political subjects, the research model of moral and rule of law teaching improvement in junior school is built, and three-dimensional data analysis is carried out for specific schools. Then, according to the quality-oriented teaching improvement in the subjects' schools, the quantitative analysis of measurement tools and the students' after-class qualitative interviews are conducted to find out the problems in the current legal awareness education. Finally, it explores the ingenious connection between teachers and students, and proposes a reference strategy for cultivating junior school students' awareness of the rule of law based on core literacy combined with family, school and social factors.
