自动化立体仓库是现代企业生产自动化和管理信息化的重要内容之一，可以追溯产品流转信息，有效提高产品流转速度，实现产品存储的高度集成，提高企业和社会的经济效益。随着国内陆续出现了大量物流集成企业及物流项目，自动化立体仓库类项目呈现井喷式发展。但由于项目施工工艺复杂、专业性强、多工种交叉作业等特点，加之物流项目的管理经验不足、管理人员和施工人员平均学历较低等问题，造成该类项目施工混乱无序、窝工耗时、往往不能按预定计划完工。本文以某机械设备制造厂的自动化立体仓库项目为例，结合项目管理理论和方法，以Microsoft project 2007软件为工具，剖析在此类项目的实际实施过程中，如何进行时间进度管理，并提出几点应用意见。本文首先介绍了自动化立体仓库的基本情况和功能特点，阐述时间进度管理在我国此类项目实施实践中的必要性。结合具体项目案例，详细介绍了项目实施的工艺流程以及涉及到的各个专业及工作内容。根据实际工作情况和项目经验，本文编制项目工作分解结构WBS。利用Microsoft Project软件编制甘特图，使管理人员明白掌握项目进度和资源分配情况，并进一步根据关键路径图，提炼和分析过程中的关键事件，对关键路径进行重点控制。结合上述分析对项目进行调整，并比较说明案例在时间成本和人力资源上的节约效果，从而实现项目进度优化。最后归纳总结在我国自动化立体仓库项目施工中容易出现的进度问题以及相应的预防和控制措施，展望本次研究在我国立体化仓库项目实践中的推广策略和前景。

AS/RS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System) is an important part of the production automation and management information in modern enterprises. AS/RS has effects that tracing the production information, improving the rate of product flow effectively, realizing the high integration of product storage and enhancing economic benefits of the enterprises and the society. As the emergence of a large number of integrated logistics enterprises and logistic projects, AS/RS projects grow explosively. AS/RS projects have characteristics as complex construction process, profession and multi-disciplinary cross work. And logistics project management are lack of experience. The school qualifications of management personnel and construction personnel are low. So AS/RS project construction are chaotic disorder, slowdown and time-consuming. Projects can't be completed with the predetermined plan.In the paper, there is an example that an AS/RS project in a mechanical equipment manufacturing plant. This paper studies the actual implementation process combined with project management theory and methods in a tool of the project Microsoft 2007 software including how to manage the schedule control and put forward several points of application.First of all, this paper introduces the basic situation and functional characteristics of the automatic stereo warehouse and expounds the necessity of the schedule control in the practice of such projects in China. Combined with the specific project case, the paper introduces the process of the project implementation and the various professional working contents. According to the actual working conditions and project experience, the paper edits the project into breakdown structure WBS. It uses Microsoft project software to develop the Gantt chart to help managers understand the master project schedule and resource allocation. Furthermore, according to the critical path graph, refining and key events in the process of analysis, they can get the critical path to focus on the control. After the above analysis, the project is adjusted, the comparison of the case shows saving effect in the time cost and human resources and achieving the project schedule optimization. At last, the paper summarizes the problems that occur in the construction schedule of automatic storage project of the prevention and control measures.
