安全风险预警理论强调在风险损坏发生前及时察觉潜在的安全风险因素，并加以有效控制，将安全风险消灭在萌芽中，从而做到防患于未然。我国航空公司普遍迫切需要这样的一套系统。A航空公司自成立以来就高度重视风险控制工作，但是公司目前的安全风险管理系统有待改善，安全风险预警系统引入成为必然。本论文试图在安全风险预警理论的指导下，通过对A航空公司安全风险管理现状和存在的问题进行分析，有针对性的对A航空公司安全风险预警系统进行构建，以保障公司安全风险管理的有效实施，降低企业安全风险，解决公司目前安全风险管理方面存在的一些问题。

The risk alerting theory emphasizes that hidden hazards should be identified and controlled before they may lead to any possible damage. A Airline Company has laid great emphasis on risk management since its foundation. But, New development poses great challenges to the current system, which is now found insufficient. This paper attempts to make an analysis of the current risk management system of A Airline Company, and the problems thereof, using the risk alerting theory, and according to this analysis, propose a risk alerting system for A to help it effectively manage risks.
