质量是决定企业竞争力关键的战略型要素,企业质量管理则是对企业产品和服务质量提供保证的有效途径。随着如今时代的快速发展和社会需求的迁移,有效的实施质量管理能够保持企业竞争力的提升,是确定企业成败的重要要素之一。 X公司作为中国电子科技集团下属子公司,汇红外、光学与机械于一身,集研发、生产、服务、贸易于一体,主营产品包括:光学精密加工、光学镀膜及红外光学镜头。随着企业的快速发展和外部市场环境的不断变化,X公司的质量管理体系中存在着诸多问题需要在日后的工作中加以改进。 本文中笔者以“质量管理”作为主要分析课题开展多方面的研究工作。第一,针对我国和其他国家对于质量管理研究的发展现状和相关成果进行了梳理并阐述了相关理论,为分析X公司质量管理工作提供了理论依据。 第二,通过对X公司质量管理体系运行现状的全面分析,采用了全面质量管理的基本理念,分析得出当前企业的质量管理职能不清晰,关键过程未能进行有效控制,以及在全员质量管理工作缺乏积极性等相关问题。 第三,理论和实际联系,通过多个角度分析了问题产生的根本原因,如质量管理组织组织机构存在漏洞,关键过程未能进行科学控制,管理方法缺乏有效的认识,以及员工激励不足等问题对上述问题产生的根本原因进行了深入的分析。 第四,结合上述分析,拟定公司质量管理体系具体优化方案,并提出在今后要推进全面质量管理工作,加强全过程的质量管理和控制工作,以全员管理为核心环节,促使员工的工作积极性得到提升,并采用多样化的管理手段,并落实全面质量管理的基本思路最终促进产品质量的提升。 文中笔者借助统计分析法、问卷调查法等相关的研究方法进行分析和研究,对全面质量管理的基本理论进行梳理,根据当前光电企业的质量管理实际,对X公司质量管理体系中存在的突出问题进行全面而深入的分析,并利用PDCA循环法、过程分析法等多种分析手段,提出可行的整改策略,旨在对X公司质量改进研究的同时,对同行业的质量发展也提供有利的指导建议。

Quality is a strategic factor that determines the competitiveness of an enterprise. Enterprise quality management can serve as an effective way to guarantee the quality of enterprise products and services. With the rapid development of The Times and the migration of society, effective implementation of quality management can maintain the improvement of enterprise competitiveness, and it is one of the important factors to determine the success or failure of enterprises. X company as China electronics technology group subsidiaries, infrared (ir), optical and mechanical, r&d, production, services, trade into an organic whole, the main products include: optical precision processing, optical coating and infrared optical lens. With the rapid development of enterprises and the constant change of external market environment, there are many problems in X company's quality management system that need to be improved in the later work. In this paper, the author carries out various research work on "quality management" as the main analysis topic. First, in view of our country and other countries too quality management research generalizes the development present situation and the related achievements and expounds the related theory, and analysis for the X company quality management provides a reasonable basis. Second, through the X company quality management and operation status quo of comprehensive analysis, the basic idea of total quality management, analysis of the current enterprise management function is not clear, the quality of the key process to effectively control, and lack of enthusiasm, working in the total quality management and the backward management means to carry out quality management and other related work. Third, link theory with practice, analyses the fundamental cause of the problem through multiple angles, such as quality management organization loophole, key process failed to make scientific control, lack of effective knowledge management method, and the reason for the insufficient staff incentive mechanism and related to the fundamental cause of the problem carried on the thorough analysis. Fourth, analyzes the problems of the enterprise quality management work, and the cause of these problems was the profound analysis, determine the company quality management system for the specific optimization way, and put forward in the future to promote comprehensive quality management, perfect the enterprise quality management system; Strengthen the quality management and control of the whole process, and finally promote the improvement of product quality. Take the whole staff management as the core link, and promote the staff's work enthusiasm to be promoted; Adopt diversified management means and implement the basic idea of total quality management.
