高中阶段融入职业生涯教育目的是引导学生探索自我的兴趣、价值观等,提升生涯规划能力。普通高中教育容易忽略学生职业生涯教育引导导致学生职业规划意识薄弱,在高考填报志愿时目标不明确新高考模式下更要求学生在高一结束就要开始选择未来的专业从而选择所学科目针对这一现状,进行文献研究发现美国、英国、日本等已经建立了比较完善的职业生涯教育体系。而我国研究相对薄弱,现有研究缺乏从学科专业的角度对学生的未来选择进行指导。

因此,本论文基于C-ACT生涯理论,从唤醒生涯意识、提升生涯规划能力、确定生涯目标三个维度开发校本课程。旨在通过开设以开阔学生化学视野、化学相关专业和职业的认知为核心内容的校本选修课的方式从学科角度渗透职业生涯教育唤醒学生的生涯规划意识,加强对职业的认知,能初步进行职业生涯规划。

《化学与我的未来》校本选修课程包括理论课程和实践课程。理论课程是通过分析《普通高等学校本科专业目录》,选择与化学学科紧密相关的专业类整合编写为七个章节内容分别为:生涯规划与化学;理学——化学类;工学——材料类;工学——食品科学与工程类;工学——矿业类;工学——轻工类;化学与医学、药学。每章包含两课时,第一课时从前沿科技、日常生活、社会热点等方面拓宽学生对化学的认识。第二课时从该专业的发展前景、从业领域、国家重点学科名单、学科排名、名校介绍和名人故事。为了学生有更好的职业体验,实践课程开设了人物访谈、课题研究、参观工厂等实践活动。

通过对学习该课程和未学习课程的学生进行前后测对比发现,通过课程的学习,提升了学生对化学的兴趣,学生对化学各个领域、专业及职业有更全面的了解,特别是通过实践活动学生不仅体会到耐心、严谨的科学态度对科学工作者的重要性, 更意识到在高中阶段提升自我的必要性。同时,学生能初步的进行职业规划。

外文摘要:

The purpose of high school career education is to guide students to explore their own interests and values and improve their career planning ability. Ordinary high school education tends to neglect the guidance of students' career education, which leads to students' weak awareness of career planning and unclear goals when filling their applications for the college entrance examination. Under the new college entrance examination mode, students are required to choose their future majors at the end of senior high school so as to choose their subjects. In view of this situation, literature research found that the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan and other countries have established a relatively complete career education system. However, China's research is relatively weak, and the existing research lacks the guidance for students' future choice from the perspective of discipline and specialty.

Therefore, based on c-act career theory, this paper develops school-based courses from three dimensions: awakening career awareness, improving career planning ability and determining career goals. The aim is to infiltrate the career education from the disciplinary perspective by setting up school-based optional courses with the core content of broadening students' chemical vision and cognition of chemical-related majors and careers, so as to awaken students' awareness of career planning, strengthen their cognition of career, and preliminarily carry out career planning.

"Chemistry and my future" school-based elective courses include theoretical courses and practical courses. The theoretical course is composed of seven chapters: career planning and chemistry, which are closely related to chemistry. Neo-confucianism -- chemistry; Engineering -- materials; Engineering -- food science and engineering; Engineering -- mining industry; Engineering -- light industry; Chemistry and medicine, pharmacy. Each chapter consists of two periods. In the first period, students' understanding of chemistry is broadened from the aspects of cutting-edge technology, daily life and heated topics in the society. The second lesson is about the development prospect of the major, the field of employment, the list of national key subjects, the subject ranking, the introduction of famous universities and the stories of famous people. In order to provide students with a better career experience, the practical course offers practical activities such as interviews with people, subject research, and factory visits.

By comparing students who have learned the course and those who haven’t, we found that through the course of study, students' interest in chemistry has been improved, and students have a more comprehensive understanding of the chemical fields, professionally and vocationally. Moreover, through practice students not only realize the the importance of patience as well as rigorous scientific attitudes to scientific workers, but also they become more aware of the necessity to improve themselves in high school. At the same time, students can plan future career preliminary.
