中心商业区作为城市商业零售和办公的聚集地,是目前我国国民日常出行的常去之处。近年来我国机动车保有量不断突破新高,随之而来的在中心商业区的停车问题也越来越多且越来越严重。前人的研究主要通过对停车场内外的设施建设和硬件布局设计来改善停车难的问题。在科技高速发展的今天,物联网和人工智能等技术极大程度地推动了智慧停车的发展。国内学者在21世纪初左右意识到智能化的停车诱导系统是现代化的停车管理手段中是至关重要的内容,但是绝大多数都通过建立算法和模型的数学角度对停车诱导信息系统进行构建,通过研究去确立系统的可行性和准确性,缺乏从用户角度出发设计的停车诱导产品,未能充分考虑驾驶者在中心商业区地下停车情境下的需求。故研究者通过研究驾驶者在中心商业区停车情境下的行为、痛点和需求,设计出能够提升驾驶者停车体验的智能停车产品,在保障驾驶者停车安全的同时提高驾驶者的停车效率。本研究的四个阶段,分别为:中心商业区停车情景下驾驶者的研究阶段、原型设计阶段、原型测试阶段和反思总结阶段。用户研究阶段通过驾驶者在中心商业区停车场停车行为的观察和深度访谈得出15个关键行为,发现部分驾驶者会在出发前搜索目的地附近停车场的相关信息,基本上所有的驾驶者在停车场搜索停车位时都是在停车场进行地毯式搜索。所能借助的寻找车位的工具都存在一定缺陷,不能较好地改善驾驶者地停车体验。驾驶者在中心商业区停车时会着重关注停车的高效性、便捷性和安全性。在原型设计阶段,首先对用户研究结果利用用户画像和用户旅程图进行梳理和转化,从而能更加明确产品的设计目标。然后针对用户需求、痛点以及停车流程,进行了用户旅程设计和停车产品功能设计,提炼了四个流程的13个功能点,并通过Figma软件设计软件和可用性测试分享。本研究通过情境观察法和一对一访谈法对驾驶者在中心商业区停车情境下的行为、需求、痛点进行深入调研,设计出好用、易用的车载交互界面帮助驾驶者在中心商业区高效、便捷、安全地找到心仪的停车位、反向寻车并缴付停车费用,从中心商业区停车的整体流程入手,整体优化驾驶者的停车体验。 |

As the gathering place of urban commercial and office space, the central business district is a popular place for our citizens. In recent years, the number of motor vehicles in China continues to reach a new high. However the parking problem in the central business district is becoming more and more serious. Previous studies are mainly through the construction of facilities inside and outside the parking lot and hardware layout design to improve the problem of parking. Today, with the rapid development of science, technologies such as the internet of things and artificial intelligence have greatly promoted the development of intelligent parking. At the beginning of the 21st century, domestic scholars realized that intelligent parking guidance system is a very important means of modern parking management. However, most of them constructed the parking guidance information system through the mathematical point of view of algorithms and models. They tried to establish the feasibility and accuracy of the system Their solutions are not designed from the perspective of users. The demand of drivers in the situation of underground parking in the central business district has not been fully taken into account. Therefore, by studying the behavior, pain points and needs of drivers in the parking situation in the central business district, the researcher designs intelligent parking products that can improve the driver's parking experience. This product can ensure the driver's parking safety and improve the driver's parking efficiency at the same time. This study is divided into four stages: user research stage, prototype design stage, prototype testing stage and reflection stage. In the user research phase, 15 key behaviors are found through the observation of drivers' parking behavior and in-depth interviews in the central business district parking lot. And it is found that some drivers will search for relevant information about the parking lot near their destination before departure. Nearly all drivers search parking spaces in the parking lot. The tools that can be used to find parking spaces now have some defects. They cannot improve the parking experience of drivers. Drivers will focus on the efficiency, convenience and safety of parking when parking in the central business district. In the prototype design stage, first of all, the user research results are combed and transformed by persona so that the design goal of the product can be more clearly defined. Then, according to the user needs and pain points ,the user journey map and parking product function design are carried out. Thirteen function points of the four processes are extracted and shared through Figma software to carry out usability tests. This study makes an in-depth investigation on the behavior, needs and pain points of drivers in the parking situation in the central business district through observation and one-to-one interviews and designs an easy-to-use interactive interface to help drivers find the desired parking space efficiently, conveniently and safely in the central business district and also book parking space and pay parking fees. The design includes overall process of parking in the central business district and optimize the drivers’ parking experience as a whole. |
