党的二十大报告在第八部分“推进文化自信自强,铸就社会主义文化新辉煌”特别提出了“家教家风”的概念,这是其首次在党的代表大会报告中出现,凸显了党中央对家庭和睦、幸福、文明建设的深切关怀。初中生,作为国家的未来和希望,他们的思想道德状况不仅关乎个人的成长,更与中华民族的整体素质、国家的未来和民族的命运紧密相连。全面理解并挖掘良好家风对初中生品德教育的深刻影响,同时将其作为一个有效工具,用于提升初中生的思想道德水平,这对于我们共同营造一个优质、全面的教育环境,增强教育的影响力、情感共鸣和实效性来说,具有不可替代的理论贡献和实践指导意义。
本研究紧扣优良家风对初中生道德修养的影响这一主题,沿着“基础理论——实证调查与分析——对策建议”的研究路径,在界定了优良家风和初中生道德修养的概念和内涵,探讨了二者之间的内在联系的基础之上,将优良家风和道德修养两个概念进行了分解,使其变成了一系列可测度的变量,最终形成了具有良好信度和效度的量表。在此基础上,通过问卷的形式收集了大量的数据,借助SPSS25.0深入分析了优良家风形成过程中的各种影响因素,如家庭环境、学生个人特征等,对初中生道德修养水平的影响。研究发现,优良家风对初中生的道德修养水平具有明显的提升作用,但在优良家风发挥影响过程中,家长自身、学校、社会等方面都存在一些薄弱环节,制约了优良家风积极作用的发挥。最后,提出了基于优良家风提升初中生道德修养水平的具体建议。
具体而言,家庭中的家长应树立科学的育人观念,提高自身素质,转变家庭教育方式,重视家庭氛围的营造,为优良家风的形成奠定坚实基础。学校在新时代优良家风建设中应发挥协作者的关键作用,通过搭建家校共育平台、开发校本教材、开展多元化的家风实践活动和营造校园文化环境等方式,加强对优良家风的建设和推广。相关部门在优良家风建设中应发挥引领作用,通过加快家风建设立法进程、拓展家风传播途径和利用社区等基层组织的辅助作用等方式,实现对家风建设的有效引领和推动。

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasizes the importance of moral construction of citizens in the eighth part, "Promoting Cultural Confidence and Self-improvement, Forging a New Glory of Socialist Culture". It especially puts forward the concept of "family education and family tradition", which appears in the report of the Party Congress for the first time, highlighting the deep concern of the Party Central Committee for family harmony, happiness, and civilized construction. Junior high school students, as the future and hope of the country, their ideological and moral conditions are not only related to personal growth, but also closely connected with the overall quality of the Chinese nation, the future of the country, and the fate of the nation. Given this, comprehensively understanding and exploring the profound impact of good family traditions on the moral education of junior high school students, and using it as an effective tool to improve their ideological and moral level, has irreplaceable theoretical contributions and practical guiding significance for us to jointly create a quality and comprehensive educational environment and enhance the influence, emotional resonance, and effectiveness of education.
This study focuses on the theme of the influence of excellent family traditions on the moral cultivation of junior high school students, following the research path of "basic theory - empirical investigation and analysis - countermeasures and suggestions". After defining the concepts and connotations of excellent family traditions and moral cultivation of junior high school students, and exploring the internal relationship between them, this study decomposes the two concepts into a series of measurable variables, and finally forms a scale with good reliability and validity. On this basis, a large amount of data is collected through questionnaires, and SPSS25.0 is used to deeply analyze the influencing factors in the formation of excellent family traditions, such as family environment and personal characteristics of students, on the moral cultivation level of junior high school students. The study finds that excellent family traditions have a significant role in improving the moral cultivation level of junior high school students. However, in the process of exerting influence, there are some weaknesses in parents, schools, society, and other aspects, which restrict the positive role of excellent family traditions. Finally, specific suggestions are put forward to improve the moral cultivation level of junior high school students based on excellent family traditions.
Specifically, parents in the family should establish scientific concepts of educating people, improve their own quality, change family education methods, attach importance to the creation of family atmosphere, and lay a solid foundation for the formation of excellent family traditions. Schools should play a key role as collaborators in the construction of excellent family traditions in the new era, by building a home-school co-education platform, developing school-based teaching materials, carrying out diversified practical activities of family traditions, and creating a campus cultural environment, to strengthen the construction and promotion of excellent family traditions. Relevant departments should play a leading role in the construction of excellent family traditions, by accelerating the legislative process of family tradition construction, expanding the channels of family tradition dissemination, and utilizing the auxiliary role of community and other grass-roots organizations, to achieve effective leadership and promotion of family tradition construction.
