教育公平是社会公平在教育领域内的反映,实现教育公平有助于社会和教育的健康发展,并能促进人的全面发展,实现主体人的人生价值和社会价值。新中国成立以来,尤其是改革开放后,我国在社会经济发展进程中,努力把实现教育机会均等作为自己追求的目标之一。 本论文以蛟河市朝鲜族中学校为个案对中国教育义务教育保障制度的实施进程做出了研究分析。首先对论文研究涉及的主要理论、方法与核心概念进行了基本梳理,进而对我国教育公平的概况及发展进行了概述、利用了SWOT矩阵分析模型对教育公平的实施概况进行了分析提炼;通过深入访谈、观察、以及对调研数据的整理分析、得出了我国义务教育保障制度政策方针在事实上,的确推动了教育公平的发展,大大提升了公民对教育公平的认识与认同。认为在蛟河市朝鲜族中学校实施的义务教育保障机制提升了教育公平。

Education fair is fair society in the field of education, a reflection of the community in education and education fair contribute to the healthy development and promote the comprehensive development of the main people realize the value of life and social value. Since the founding of new China, especially after the reform and opening up, China's socio-economic development process, and strive to achieve equal educational opportunities as their pursuit of one of the goals. In this paper, a Korean school in Jiaohe City cases on China's education for the implementation of a fair process of research and analysis. First thesis research on the major theories, methods and core concept of the basic order, which would in turn have a fair overview of China's educational development and a summary of the SWOT analysis matrix model of education applied fairly Overview extract was analyzed through in-depth interviews, observations, as well as research on the collation of data analysis shows that China's obligations free of tuition policy, in fact, is to promote the development of a fair education, and greatly enhance the education of the citizens of a fair understanding and recognition. Jiaohe City that Korean schools in the implementation of the tuition-free education policy in line with Adams theoretical principles of fairness.
