高校辅导员绩效评价作为高校辅导员队伍管理的指挥棒、推动工作提升的原动力,对明确高校辅导员职责、增强责任心、优化队伍结构、深化队伍建设、提升职业素质、调动工作积极性等具有重大意义,是有效推动高校辅导员向职业化、专业化发展转变的关键要素。学术界的一部分专家、学者就已经注意到了高校辅导员绩效评价的重要性,开始了对这一相矣问题的深入研究。其研究成果多是硕士论文和期刊论文,研究内容多集中在高校辅导员绩效评价概念的界定、高校辅导员绩效评价的必要性、高校辅导员绩效评价现状及存在的问题、高校辅导员绩效评价体系建设思路及评价模式的建立等方面。进入新发展阶段,人力资源日益成为社会发展进步的重要支撑和基本保证,知识经济和人才经济被认为是当前推动经济发展的重要引擎。高等院校作为全面培养经济社会发展所需各型人才的前沿阵地和教育摇篮,其自身人才战略观、人力资源管理理念成效,对高校的人才输出标准和质量具有深刻影响。正是鉴于此,充分激活高校人力资源动能,全面激发高校人才效力,确保各类型专业人才输出基地的教辅人员高效、高质发挥作用,具有极为现实的指导意义。
本文在认真思考和认识和基础上,根据人力资源管理中绩效考核评估的理论和方法,结合自身工作实践,以河北某高校为研究目标对象,全面梳理分析高校教辅人员绩效考核工作中存在的问题和不足,并提出切实可行的对策及建议,以期为高等学校建立科学有效的教辅人员绩效考核评价体系提供有益的方法路径。

The performance evaluation of college counselors, as the baton of college counselor team management and the driving force to promote work improvement, plays an important role in clarifying college counselors' responsibilities, enhancing their sense of responsibility, optimizing team structure, deepening team building, improving professional quality, and mobilizing work enthusiasm. Significance is the key element to effectively promote the transformation of college counselors to professional and professional development. Some experts and scholars in academia have noticed the importance of the performance evaluation of college counselors, and have begun to conduct in-depth research on this issue. Its research results are mostly master's thesis and journal papers, and the research content is mostly focused on the definition of the concept of performance evaluation of college counselors, the necessity of performance evaluation of college counselors, the current situation and problems of performance evaluation of college counselors, and the performance evaluation of college counselors. System construction ideas and the establishment of evaluation models. Entering a new stage of development, human resources have increasingly become an important support and basic guarantee for social development and progress, and the knowledge economy and talent economy are considered to be important engines for promoting economic development. Colleges and universities, as the frontier positions and educational cradles for comprehensively cultivating various types of talents needed for economic and social development, have a profound impact on the talent output standards and quality of colleges and universities. It is in view of this that it is of extremely practical guiding significance to fully activate the kinetic energy of human resources in colleges and universities, fully stimulate the effectiveness of talents in colleges and universities, and ensure that the teaching and auxiliary personnel of various types of professional talent output bases play an efficient and high-quality role.
On the basis of serious thinking and understanding, according to the theory and method of performance appraisal and evaluation in human resource management, combined with its own work practice, and taking a university in Hebei as the research object, this paper comprehensively analyzes and analyzes the existing problems in the performance appraisal work of teaching assistants in colleges and universities. problems and deficiencies, and put forward practical countermeasures and suggestions, in order to provide a beneficial method and path for the establishment of a scientific and effective performance evaluation system for teaching assistants in colleges and universities.
