随着世界经济的快速增长,越来越多的国家由生产社会转变为消费社会。消费社会物质丰盛的表象下隐藏的是消费主义所带来的享乐主义、符号消费、超前消费、资源浪费等恶果。过量的消费品对消费者的主观幸福和地球的自然资源均带来不同程度的危害。因此,许多发达国家出现了对抗消费主义的声音,如极简主义生活方式。极简主义生活方式即通过对自己所拥有物品的精简来厘清自己的欲望控制不必要消费的生活方式已经广泛地通过书籍、博客、纪录片、社交网络传播。但由于与人类在匮乏时期长期习得的囤积策略相抵触,以及商家对消费主义的大力正面宣传,所以较难得到普及。
为了使极简主义生活方式更容易被受到杂物困扰的人所接受,本文基于劝导式设计理论,通过对豆瓣极简生活小组中话题的文本分析,找出极简主义者最关心的问题,梳理出精简物品时的任务流程,据此绘制用户旅程图,通过对用户与生活用品接触的全生命周期进行分析,发现提升管理体验的机会点,并应用 Fogg 提出的计算机化的劝导技术,从动机、能力、触发的角度,提出设计策略,来使用户更轻松地接受新的生活方式。在概念设计的基础上,选择移动App作为合适的技术渠道,使用逻辑归类和卡片分类确定App的信息架构,并制作出可交互原型,可用性测试后使用SUS(System Usability Scale)系统可用性量表进行评分,最终在用户反馈的基础上得到迭代后的可交互原型。

With the rapid growth of the world economy, more and more countries have transformed from manufacturing society to consumer society. What is hidden under the material prosperity of the consumer society are the hedonism, symbol consumption, advance consumption, and waste of resources brought about by consumerism. Excessive consumer clutters cause harm to consumers’ subjective well-being and the Earth’s natural resources. In the developed countries, the earliest anti-consumerism voice appeared. The minimalist way of life is to clarify their own desires through the reducing of their own possessions. The lifestyle of controlling unnecessary consumption has been widely disseminated through books, blogs, documentaries, and social networks. However, due to the contradiction between the hoarding strategies that humans have acquired for a long period of time in the scarcity period and the vigorous publicity of merchants for consumerism, it is difficult to achieve universal access.
To make the minimalist way of life more easily accepted by people who are troubled by messes, this article is based on the Captology, through the text analysis of the topic in the minimalist life group of Douban, to find out the issues that the minimalists are most concerned about. Finding out the flow of tasks for organize items, based on the flow, the user journey map is drawn, and through the analysis of the entire life cycle of the user's contact with daily necessities, the opportunity for improving the management experience is discovered, and applying Captology proposed by Fogg, it proposes design strategies from the perspectives of motivation, ability, and trigger to make it easier for users to accept new ways of life. Based on the concept design, choose Mobile App as a suitable technology channel, use logical classification and card classification to determine the information architecture of App, and create a high-fidelity interactive prototype for usability testing. After the usability test, SUS(System Usability Scale)was used to score. Finally, an interactive prototype after iteration was obtained based on user feedback.
