文章论述《乡土中国》全本阅读分层教学方案，该方案充分考虑到学生不同的知识储备、阅读能力与层次，学习环境不同、认知方式不同等问题，并借助能力测评量表进行分级分层，制订教学方案。实时掌握学情、灵活分组进行有针对性地教学;学生选择合适的学习方式进行个性化学习，得到水平不一的知识信息并在原有思维的基础上得到进一步发展，得到不一样的阅读感受和情感体验;教师通过对这一过程进行实时跟踪和观察，并针对各层学生具体的学习需求进行分层指导、分层考查和分层评价，从而安排教学活动。为学生提供个性化指导，帮助不同水平的学生顺利实现阅读目标、满足其不同阅读需要、促进其进一步成长。
