文章论述《乡土中国》全本阅读分层教学方案,该方案充分考虑到学生不同的知识储备、阅读能力与层次,学习环境不同、认知方式不同等问题,并借助能力测评量表进行分级分层,制订教学方案。实时掌握学情、灵活分组进行有针对性地教学;学生选择合适的学习方式进行个性化学习,得到水平不一的知识信息并在原有思维的基础上得到进一步发展,得到不一样的阅读感受和情感体验;教师通过对这一过程进行实时跟踪和观察,并针对各层学生具体的学习需求进行分层指导、分层考查和分层评价,从而安排教学活动。为学生提供个性化指导,帮助不同水平的学生顺利实现阅读目标、满足其不同阅读需要、促进其进一步成长。

Design of a Layered Teaching Plan for Reading Whole Chinese Books inHigh School: Taking "Local China" as an Example
AbstractThe "layered teaching" discussed in this article is  based on students' different knowledge bases, levels of abilities, learning conditions, and cognitive styles, to develop learning goa ls that are suitable for them, choose learning methods that are suitable for them, and achieve established learning goals, acquire knowledge information at different levels, develop ability levels at different levels, and cultivate emotional experiences at different levels; In this process, teachers organize teaching activities by visiting and observing students at all levels and according to their specific learning needsgiving them hierarchical guidance, hierarchical guidance, hierarchical examination, and hierarchical evaluation, so as to help guide students at different levels to successfully complete their own Chinese learning goals, meet their different learning needs, and promote their own development on the original basis.
