在社会竞争日益激烈的今天，工作倦怠问题凸现了出来，工作倦怠会对个人、家庭、组织和社会产生负性影响，因此，对工作倦怠现状进行调查，探讨各种影响工作倦怠的因素，并在此基础上研究倦怠干预的方法，就具有一定的现实意义。本研究在访谈的基础上，采用中国学者修订后的MBI-GS量表和工作要求-资源量表对588名企业员工进行了问卷调查，结果如下：（1）企业员工工作倦怠水平在性别上没有显著差异，而在年龄、教育程度、婚姻状况、每周工作时间等人口学变量上有显著差异，其中，情绪衰竭在每周工作时间上有显著差异，去人性化在年龄和教育程度有显著差异，成就感在婚姻状况、教育程度、职位层次上有显著差异。（2）工作要求与工作资源对工作倦怠有一定影响，其中社会支持与工作倦怠显著负相关。 本研究发现，每周工作时间和社会支持都会影响员工的工作倦怠，因此建议企业在追求企业效益的同时，合理安排员工的工作时间，提倡和谐的企业文化，从而维护员工的职业心理健康。

With the increasing social competition, the problem of job burnout appears. Job burnout will cause huge negative effect to individual, family, organization and society. Therefore, investigate the job burnout status, explore the factors that affect the job burnout, which will help to find the way to intervene in the job burnout.This research based on interview, investigate 588 enterprise employees by MBI-GS which has been edited by Chinese researchers and job demand-resources questionnaire, the results below: (1) There is no obvious difference of job burnout in gender, but there is obvious difference of emotional exhaustion dimension in week-work hour, obvious difference of depersonalization dimension in age and education, and obvious difference of personal accomplishment dimension in marry, education and position –level.(2) Job demand and job resource will affect job burnout, social support have negative relation with job burnout.This research found that week-work hour and social support can affect job burnout, so for defending the employees’ career mental healthy, the enterprise should arrange the employees’ work hour well and call for the harmony enterprise culture.
