教育在阶层形成、社会流动过程中发挥着重要作用,随着社会各界对教育的重视程度日益增加,教育竞争加剧,家长教育焦虑广泛蔓延。本文以东莞市11名高三学生家长为研究对象,采用深度访谈法与焦点小组访谈法获取一手资料,探讨家长对双减政策的理解与应对、教育焦虑程度,以及双减背景对教育焦虑的影响。调查发现,家长教育焦虑体现在学业表现、教育机会和亲子关系焦虑,影响因素包括:过高个人期待、对向上流动的追求与亲子互动技能不足。基于此,研究提出了三条建议:一是调整家长心态与提升学业成绩;二是改革教育选拔体系与拓宽社会流动渠道;三是改善家长认知与提升互动技能。

外文摘要:

Education plays an important role in the process of class formation and social mobility, and with the increasing attention to education from all walks of life, educational competition has intensified, and parents' education anxiety has spread widely. This paper took 11 parents of senior high school students in Dongguan City as the research object, and used in-depth interviews and focus group to obtain first-hand information to explore parents' understanding and response to the double reduction policy, the degree of educational anxiety, and the influence of the background of double reduction on educational anxiety. The survey found that parents' educational anxiety was reflected in academic performance, educational opportunities and parent-child relationship anxiety, and the influencing factors included excessive personal expectations, the pursuit of upward mobility, and the lack of parent-child interaction skills. Based on this, the study puts forward three suggestions: one is to adjust the mentality of parents and improve academic performance; the second is to reform the education selection system and broaden the channels of social mobility; The third is to improve parents' cognition and enhance their interaction skills.
