自21世纪初以来,国家对农民工子女的教育日益关注。然而,多数关于农民工子女教育的研究主要集中在学校教育领域,家庭教育并没有得到社会足够的重视。家庭作为一个人成长的基地,其教育起着基础性作用。目前,关于农民工家庭教育的研究主要集中在城市农民工群体,对农村和特殊文化族群的研究并不多见。父亲作为家庭教育中的重要组成部分,其对子女的身心健康成长起着不可替代的作用。 本研究通过对农民工父亲及其子女的问卷调查,以及对农民工父亲及其子女访谈来揭示农民工父亲参与教养的现状。问卷调查结果表明农民工父亲参与教养水平整体偏低,并且:(1)在农民工父亲参与教养的三个维度中,可及性参与最高,其次是责任性参与,最后是互动性参与。互动性参与中,以规则教导为最高;可及性参与则以心理可及为主;责任性参与中,以教养支持为最高。(2)农民工父亲参与教养在亲子同住、父亲文化程度、月收入等变量上表现出不同程度的差异,而受孩子性别、工作时长和父亲年龄的影响不大。(3)在农民工父亲参与教养的自我评价以及孩子对父亲的评价比较中,父亲的自评明显高于孩子对父亲的评价,在互动性参与、可及性参与和责任性参与父亲的自评均高于孩子对父亲的评价。 访谈结果表明,农民工父亲在参与教养过程中,父亲角色定位单一,主要是经济提供者的角色。工作繁重和缺乏教养知识是影响农民工参与父亲教养的重要因素。在参与教养过程中,农民工父亲的教养观念仍然相当陈旧,如:认为“不打不成才”。大部分农民工父亲有参与子女教养的需要,但由于自身的局限以及所处环境的局限而感到“力不从心”,并希望可以得到学校及有关部门的帮助。

Since the beginning of the 21st century, the state has paid increasingly attention to the education of migrant works' children. However, most scholars mainly focus on its problems in the field of school education, and the family education has not attracted enough attention by society. As a base for the growth of a person, the education of the family has a fundamental function. Because the majority of migrant workers are not highly educated, they have neglected their children's family education. At present, the research of education for migrant workers is mainly concentrated in the urban migrant workers group, and it is rare on the rural and special cultural groups. As an important part of education, father also plays an irreplaceable role in the healthy development of children. This study which includes handing out questionnaires to fathers and students as well as interviews with fathers and students. Those are to research the situation of father involvement. The results of questionnaire survey indicate: (1) in the father involvement of migrant workers, accessibility was the highest, followed by responsibility, and finally interaction. In interactive participation, to share activities is the highest; Accessibility is based on psychology accessibility; Supporting other upbringers is the highest in responsibility involvement. 2) Father involvement shows difference in the variables of living with children, father's educational level, monthly income and so on, but is seldom influenced by children's gender, working hours and father's age. 3) Compared with the evaluation to father involvement,father's self-assessment is significantly higher than the child's evaluation of the father. Among interactive,accessibility and responsibility involvement, father's is higher than that of the child as well. Through qualitative interview, this study finds that migrant workers' father plays a single part that is, mainly an economic provider in the education process. The heavy workload and lack of knowledge of education are the important factors affecting the involvement of Migrant Workers' Father in Children-Parenting. In this process, many fathers still agree with the old idea such as: the education concept of "to spare the rod is to spoil the child". Most of them say father involvement is necessary, but due to their own limitations and the limits of the social environment, which show "their spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak". Therefore, they hope that school and related departments can give a hand.
