近年来，同性恋群体在社会中逐渐获得更多曝光，这虽然改善了他们的生存环境，但同时也带来了更多对同性恋群体的讨论，其中不乏一些污名化的标签。在这种充满压力的环境下，同性恋群体容易对自己的性取向产生消极态度，难以建立积极且一致的性取向认同，逐渐形成内化污名，导致低自尊、社会支持的减少，心理焦虑、抑郁症状的增加，以及增加物质滥用风险、高危性行为和自杀风险的上升。

本研究采用质性研究的方法尝试发现同性恋内化污名形成原因，其对个体造成的影响和应对方式，通过对16名受访者进行半结构化的深度访谈，运用扎根理论的三级编码技术，构建同性恋内化污名形成原因-影响-应对方式模型，通过本研究我们更好地了解我国同性恋群体的生存现状，及其内化污名产生的原因、影响和应对方式，希望本研究可以帮助该群体建立更为适应性的、一致的性取向认同，并为我国心理咨询师针对同性恋群体的心理健康干预提供方向和启示。

研究结果显示，同性恋内化污名的主要原因是我国传统文化、社会制度、社会环境和网络信息对同性恋群体的污名化被同性恋个体内化认同，导致个体形成了负面的身份认同。同时，同性恋内化污名可能会对个体认知、情绪、身心健康、社会功能、社会支持等方面造成负面影响，而个体可采用提升个人素质、网络信息的收集、寻找心理援助、改变生活环境、家庭支持和朋辈支持等方式来应对同性恋内化污名，降低对外界污名化的感知和内化污名的影响。

In recent years, the homosexual community has been gaining increasing visibility in society. While this has improved their living environment, it has also sparked more discussions surrounding the homosexual community, some of which involve stigmatizing labels. In such a pressure-filled environment, individuals within the homosexual community may develop negative attitudes towards their own sexual orientation, struggling to establish a positive and cohesive sexual identity. This internalization of stigma can result in decreased self-esteem, reduced social support, increased psychological anxiety, symptoms of depression, heightened risks of substance abuse, high-risk behaviors, and an elevated risk of suicide.

This study used qualitative research methods to discover the reasons for the formation of internalized stigma among homosexuals, its impact on individuals, and coping strategies. Sixteen participants were interviewed using semi-structured in-depth interviews, and the three-level coding technique of grounded theory was used to construct a model of the formation of internalized stigma among homosexuals, including its causes, impacts, and coping strategies.Through this study, we have a better understanding of the living situation of the homosexual in China, and the causes, effects and coping styles of homosexuality internalization stigma. The hope is that this study can help the group to establish a more adaptive and consistent sexual orientation identity, and provide the direction and enlightenment for Chinese psychologists' mental health intervention for homosexual community.

The research findings indicate that the causes of internalized stigma among the homosexual community in our country are rooted in traditional culture, social institutions, the societal environment, and the stigmatization of the homosexual community in online information. This stigmatization becomes internalized and leads to the formation of negative self-identities among individuals within the community. Additionally, internalized stigma among homosexual individuals may have adverse effects on their cognition, emotions, physical and mental health, social functioning, and social support. In response to internalized stigma, individuals can employ various strategies such as enhancing personal qualities, gathering information from online sources, seeking psychological assistance, changing their living environment, relying on familial and peer support, to mitigate the impact of external stigmatization and internalized stigma.
