首先Pirouette训练是为了让舞者具备单腿旋转能力,训练最终目的体现在舞者完成旋转技巧的圈数和稳定性。众所周知专业芭蕾舞者完美的Pirouette是需要经过一系列科学而又漫长的训练才能达到的,但要把这一系列的训练方法生搬硬套用于非芭蕾专业的孩子身上未必行得通,首先非芭蕾专业的学生基本功训练方法就和芭蕾专业的学生有很大差别,以至于身体肌肉线条,对身体重心的掌控都不同,其次非芭蕾专业学生和芭蕾专业学生的旋转舞姿也有很大差别。所以为了更好的达到旋转效果,非芭蕾专业的Pirouette训练跟专业芭蕾Pirouette训练肯定是有差异的。本文主要针对非芭蕾舞专业的Pirouette旋转训练,通过有关的技巧训练书籍和一些实践教学方法进行研究,分析出现阶段的Pirouette 旋转技巧中的基础训练方法,并试图找到一些非芭蕾专业的Pirouette基础训练方法。

The Pirouette trained dancer with one leg in order to allow rotation ability , the ultimate goal of training the dancers complete the rotation techniques embodied in the number of laps and stability. Well-known professional ballet perfect Pirouette is the need to go through a series of scientific and lengthy training in order to achieve , but this series of training methods should be applied mechanically for non- professional ballet children who might not work , the first non- professional ballet students on basic skills training methods and ballet majors are very different, so that the body muscles, control of the center of gravity on the body is different , followed by non- professional ballet students and ballet dance majors rotation is also very different . Therefore, in order to better achieve the rotation effect , non- professional ballet training Pirouette there is definitely a difference Pirouette with professional ballet training . This paper mainly for non- professional ballet training rotation Pirouette conduct research related skills training through books and some practice teaching methods , the analysis phase of the Pirouette rotation occurs in basic training skills approach and try to find some non- professional ballet training methods Pirouette basis .
