石墨烯(graphene)因其特殊的结构和性能,自2004年被成功制备以来,迅速成为凝聚态物理、材料、化学、信息和生物技术等学科领域的交叉研究热点。本论文主要着眼于对偏压双层石墨烯磁性的相关研究。查阅关于偏压双层石墨烯相关材料的磁性研究的文献,可以发现主要涉及的问题有偏压双层石墨烯的铁磁和顺磁相之间的相变以及相关参数对其磁性的影响。主要的研究方法包括了哈伯德模型(Hubbard model)、紧束缚模型(Tight-binding model)和平均场理论(The mean field theory)。因此我对它们采用的研究方法(计算方法和理论模型)、得到的结论和论文的意义进行总结概述。该论文是一篇综述性质的论文,可以成为一篇科普文献。

Owing to the peculiar structure and characters, graphene has been an intercross hotspot in various areas, such as Physics,Materials, Chemistry, Information, Biotechnology and other field since it was exploited successfully in 2004. The paper Mainly focuses on the research progress and results for the magnetism of a biased bilayer graphene .By reading paper,,I find the main problems are the phase transition between paramagnetic and ferromagnetic and the magnetization in the two layers. The methods for this are Hubbard model,Tight-binding model and The mean field theory. So I have a summary for the methods and the conclusion. due to the paper is more difficult, it is suitable for the professional .
