随着时代的发展,传统的信息素养教育方式已经越来越不能适应当今信息社会发展对人们信息素养所提出的要求,特别是广大的地方性本科性院校,直接承担着为地方经济、社会发展培养人才的重要使命,其培养出来的学生信息素养的高低直接影响地方的经济和社会发展,如何开展有效的信息素养教育是地方性本科院校学生教育中亟待解决的问题,因此,本文旨在以个案分析来研究地方性本科院校学生信息素养培养的现状及其存在的问题,并从问题出发提出促进信息素养教育的合理对策和适宜模式,藉此来提高地方性本科院校学生的信息素养水平。本文首先通过研读信息素养教育的相关文献来获取信息素养研究的方向和研究动态,接着主要采用了社会调查方法中的问卷调查法参照《美国高等教育信息素养能力标准》和《北京地区高校信息素质能力指标体系》以李克特量表的方式制定调查问卷并在两所地方性本科院校共发放700份,回收681份,与此同时,对吕梁学院各专业共24名学生和老师进行了访谈,通过spss软件对有效问卷结果进行描述性分析和相关性分析并结合访谈结果得出地方性本科院校学生信息素养教育的现状及存在问题。再次,论文结合国内外信息素养教育方面的已有成果以及调查所得到的地方性院校学生信息素养发展的实际状况,对促进地方性本科院校学生信息素养教育发展作了对策研究。总体来看,笔者主要是从建立适合的信息素养评价体系、建立完善的课程体系、完善信息素养基础设施建设、提高教师的综合素质、将信息素养教育同专业课程相结合这五个环节来进行研究。最后,论文对地方性本科院校学生信息素养教育的模式进行了研究。笔者所设计的模式主要从三个方面展开:一是实行传统教育与网络教育相结合的模式;二是建立分层分类的“四位一体”模式;三是建立整合型教育模式。在后续的研究中,笔者将在地方性本科院校中对本文所提出的模式进行进一步的实践。

With the development of the information society, the traditional way of information literacy education has become increasingly unable to meet the requirements of today's information society development imposed on people's information literacy. Especially the majority of the local undergraduate universities bear the important mission of training personnel for the local development; the level of information literacy of trained students has direct impact on local economic and social development,how to carry out the information literacy education is urgent effective student education in local universities and colleges in question,therefore, This paper aims to case analysis to study the present situation of students information literacy training of local universities and the existing problems, and put forward reasonable countermeasures of promoting information literacy education and appropriate model from the point of view, to improve information literacy of students in local undergraduate college level. Direction and research dynamic firstly, through literature reading the information literacy education for research of information literacy, then mainly adopts questionnaire method of social investigation in the reference to "information literacy competency standards for higher education" and "the United States of Beijing area university information literacy standards" to the Li Ke scale of the way to develop the questionnaire and in the two local universities issued a total of 700, recovery of 681, at the same time, the Luliang University professional 24 students and teachers were interviewed, SPSS software through effective questionnaire results were analyzed by descriptive analysis and correlation analysis and interviews with the status quo of the information literacy education of students in local universities and problems. Thirdly, based on the existing results of domestic and foreign information literacy education and students in local universities information literacy development situation, the countermeasures to promote the development of the students' Information Literacy Education in local universities and colleges. Overall, the author mainly from the establishment of system, assessment of information literacy for the establishment and perfection of the curriculum system, improve the construction of infrastructure, information literacy, improve the comprehensive quality of teachers information literacy education with professional courses combined these five aspects to carry on the research. Finally, the research on the information literacy education for students in local undergraduate college mode. The author designs the model mainly launches from three aspects: one is the combination of traditional education and network education mode; two is the establishment of a hierarchical classification of "four in one" mode; three is the establishment of the integrated education mode. In a follow-up study, the author will further practice in Local Undergraduate Colleges on the proposed model.
