个人电脑在当今时代逐渐普及,无论是工作还是个人场景下,电脑都是人们进行文件管理的重要工具。在此背景下,电脑中存储的各类型文件也越来越多,涉及到文件的分类存储、版本管理、信息检索等管理流程的问题对人们的影响也愈发明显。目前为止的研究集中在人机交互界面与用户认知、文件管理的各核心流程以及智能人机交互界面等方面,而面向个人电脑用户的智能文件管理系统界面设计相关研究较为匮乏。现阶段针对专业企业办公系统的智能文件管理系统已有较为成型的产品,而面向普通个人电脑用户的本地电脑文件管理系统仍停留在基本功能满足的层面,对用户体验的关注度不足,造成文件管理过程中的诸多不便。本研究围绕面向个人电脑用户的智能文件管理系统界面设计研究课题,从前期调研、用户调研、设计转化、测试总结四个阶段展开研究。在了解目前电脑文件管理系统界面设计现状的基础上,通过问卷调研与一对一用户访谈对个人电脑用户在文件管理过程中的痛点与需求进行分析与研究。普通个人电脑用户由于不具备专业、熟练的电脑操作技术且多数尚未形成良好的文件管理习惯,在文件管理过程中存在文件命名不规范、文件存储位置混乱、文件历史版本易混淆、文件归档费时、文件检索效率较低等问题,影响到用户工作与个人场景下对文件的利用。个人电脑用户在目前的电脑文件管理系统界面下的交互体验欠佳,其文件管理需求并未得到满足。针对用户文件命名规范化、文件标记差异化、文件归档高效化、文件版本清晰化、桌面文件整洁化、文件检索精确化等文件管理需求,本研究进行了智能文件管理系统界面的设计转化。通过对文件名智能规范编辑、文件差异化标记、一键整理文件、智能文件版本管理、个性化桌面文件管理配置、条件筛选检索等设计功能点的转化,设计产出了针对文件存储、文件归档与文件检索三大核心流程的智能文件管理系统界面。在原型界面的可用性测试中,用户评估结果良好,部分可改进点通过设计迭代进行了优化。本研究通过用户体验全流程设计,对面向个人电脑用户的智能文件管理系统界面进行了再设计,从用户体验与界面设计的角度对该系统进行设计优化。

As personal computer becoming more and more popular nowadays, computer became an important tool for people to manage files, no matter in work or personal situations. Under this background, there are more and more files of various types stored in our computer, and issues related to file management process such as file classification and storage, file version management, information retrieval, etc., have more and more influence on people. The research so far has focused on the human-computer interaction interface and user cognition, the core processes of file management, and the intelligent human-computer interaction interface. However, research on the interface design of intelligent file management system for personal computer users is relatively scarce. At this stage, the intelligent file management system for professional enterprise office systems has already formed products, while the local computer file management system for ordinary personal computer users still stays at the level of basic functional satisfaction. There is insufficient attention to user experience, resulting many inconveniences in the file management process. This research focuses on the topic of interface design of the intelligent file management system for personal computer users, and is divided into four stages: preliminary investigation, user investigation, design translation, user test and conclusion. Based on the understanding of current computer file management system interface design, through questionnaire surveys and one-to-one user interviews, the pain points and needs of personal computer users in the file management process are analyzed and researched. Because ordinary personal computer users do not have professional computer operation skill and most of them have not yet formed good file management habits, there are problems such as lack of file naming standard, disorder of file storage locations, confusion of file history versions, time-consuming file archiving, low file retrieval efficiency during file management, affecting the use of files in users' work and personal scenarios. Personal computer users have a poor interactive experience under the current computer file management system interface, and their file management needs have not been met. This research translated user needs such as user file naming standardization, file mark differentiation, efficient file filing, file version clarity, tidy desktop, accurate file retrieval and other file management needs into design of the intelligent file management system interface. Through the demand translation, the function points such as intelligent standard editing of file name, file marking with differentiation, one-click file sorting, intelligent file version management, personalized desktop file management configuration, conditional screening and retrieval were designed and applied in the intelligent file management system interface design of file storage, file archiving and file retrieval, which are three core processes of file management. In the usability test of the prototype interface, the results of user evaluation were satisfactory, and some of the improvable points were optimized during design iteration. Through the whole process user experience design, this study redesigned the interface of the intelligent file management system for personal computer users, optimized the design of the system from the perspective of user experience and interface design.
