王阳明是明代著名的哲学家、思想家和政治家，其创立的阳明心学对后世 影响深远。《传习录》是王阳明的论学语录和书信集，体现了王阳明思想的核 心观点，其中不乏其对教育的深刻见解。论文以《传习录》作为中心考察王阳 明的早期教育思想。并在此基础上探讨王阳明早期教育思想和实践对于当今 教育的启示。论文首先梳理了王阳明早期弟子及其教育实践，并以《传习录》 中《训蒙大意示教刘伯颂等》、《教约》为着眼点，分别考察王阳明的儿童教育 思想和早期教育方法。认为王阳明培养学生成为正直、善良之人，做到真正的 “蒙以养正”，以及根据学生的资质进行因材施教等教育理念和采取的教学方 法，都有利于学生正确价值观念的形成，值得我们进行深入研究。

Wang Yangming is a famous philosopher, thinker and statesman in Ming Dynasty, whose Yangming Mind Theory has a far-reaching influence on later generations. Chuan Xi Lu is a collection of Wang Yangming's sayings and letters, which embodies the core point of Wang Yangming's thoughts, including his profound views on education. This paper takes Chuanxilu as the center to investigate Wang Yangming's thoughts on early education. On this basis, the enlightenment of Wang Yangming's early education thought and practice to today's education is discussed.This paper first sorts out Wang Yangming's early disciples and their educational practices, and from the "Chuanxiguanlu" "Xunmeng, Liu Bosong and so on", "teaching agreement" as the point of view, respectively investigate Wang Yangming's children's education thought and early education methods. It is believed that Wang Yangming's education ideas and teaching methods, such as cultivating students to be honest and kind, and achieving real "nourishing and rectifying", as well as teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, are conducive to the formation of students' correct values, which is worthy of our in-depth study.
