植物功能多样性是生物多样性的重要组成部分,是生态系统功能的基础部分,对于解释生态系统的功能及过程具有重要意义。目前,对于功能多样性的定义及度量方法等重要问题均有较大的争论。
本研究在查阅文献的基础上,对于功能多样性的研究现状、概念、度量方法、对于生态系统过程的影响、实际应用等问题做了介绍。然后就东灵山黄檗群落的功能多样性及其与环境因子的关系进行了研究。
本文使用了FAD、MFAD、FDp 、FDc 、wFDp、wFDc、Rao、rRao、FRic、FEve、FDiv、FDis 12个功能多样性指数对东灵山25个样方的功能多样性进行计算,同时计算了样方的Patrick丰富度指数、Shannon-Wiener 多样性指数、Pielou 均匀度指数和Simpson 指数。将群落的功能多样性与物种多样性、功能多样性指数之间、功能多样性与环境因子分别进行分析,得出功能多样性与物种多样性和环境因子之间存在着较为明显的相关关系。
对于功能多样性与环境因子的分析,发现群落的功能多样性与坡向、坡位、海拔有着较明显的相关关系。而土壤厚度、枯枝落叶层厚度、坡度则与功能多样性无显著的相关关系。

The plant functional diversity, as a component of biodiversity, is the basic part of the function of an ecosystem, and is important for the understanding of the function and process of an ecosystem. However, the concept of the functional diversity remains rather ambiguous, there are questions about how to define functional diversity, how to measure it, and so on.
In view of the lots of literatures, we introduce the current situation of functional diversity research, it’s definition and measurement, it’s effects on the process of ecosystem, it’s practical application. And then we researched the relation between plant functional diversity and environment of the community of Phellodendri chinensis in Donling mountain of Beijing, China.
We measured the functional diversity of the community of Phellodendri chinensis in Donling mountain of Beijing, China with FAD,MFAD,FDp,FDc,wFDp,wFDc,Rao,rRao,FRic,FEve,FDiv,FDis methods. Meanwhile, we calculated the Patrick richness index, the Shannon-Wiener heterogeneity index, the Pielou evenness index, the Simpson index in the 25 plot. We analysed the relation between functional diversity and species diversity index, functional diversity and environment, and we found that functional diversity have an obvious relation with some aspects of the environment.
With the analysis of the relation between functional diversity and environment, we found that the functional diversity of the community strongly related to the direction of the slope, the position of the slope, and the altitude of the community. But we found that the thickness of soil, the thickness of litters, the gradient of slope had no obvious relation with the functional diversity of the community.
