“深扎”即“深入生活，扎根人民”是中国舞蹈家协会在2015年组织的舞蹈名家深入基层采风活动的项目，得到了中国文联、中国文学艺术基金会、中国文联国内联络部的支持。本文以“深扎五周年纪念演出”项目中涌现的民间舞蹈作品为对象，对中国民族民间舞蹈的创作方式进行详细的分析，从而探讨了有关民族民间舞蹈创作上运用当代舞蹈语汇的必要性及具体实现的方式。通过文献阅读法、资料收集法、个案研究法对“深扎”的来龙去脉进行了梳理，旨在表达对未来民族民间舞创作方向的建议与思考，也希望能够在此研究基础上探索中国民族民间舞的创新性发展方向。

"Deep penetration", namely "Going deep into life and taking root among the people", is a project for famous dancers to go deep into the grassroots to collect customs organized by Chinese Dancers Association in 2015. It has been supported by China Federation of Literary and Art Associations, China Foundation of Literature and Art and the domestic liaison department of China Federation of Literary and Art Associations. Taking the folk dance works emerging in the project of "the fifth anniversary of "Deep penetration" performance" as the object, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the creation methods of Chinese folk dance, and thus discusses the necessity of using contemporary dance vocabulary in the creation of related national folk dance and the specific ways to realize it. Through the method of literature reading, data collection and case study, this paper sorts out the origin and development of "Deep penetration", aiming to express suggestions and thoughts on the creative direction of national folk dance in the future, and also hopes to explore the innovative development direction of Chinese national folk dance on the basis of this research.
