论文的第一部分是关于用于平版成像的PVA改性树脂研究。不同分子量PVA通过缩醛和酯化两步反应合成了含羧基的聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂(PVB-CA),并用1H-NMR、GPC和IR等方法对改性产物进行了表征。缩醛反应,通过优化实验条件和控制投料比,合成了缩醛度39-80%的聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)树脂,并研究了缩醛度对其溶解性影响。在酯化反应中,PVB分别与三种不同的酸酐反应,通过优化后处理条件和控制投料比,成功合成了缩醛度39-76%,酯化度为0-28%的PVB-CA树脂,并研究了分子量、酯化度、缩醛度、不同的酯基对其溶解性的影响。用优选出了溶解性能优良的含羧基的PVB树脂,与重氮树脂、染料和有机溶剂组成阴图PS版感光胶,并对其成像性能进行了评价。当缩醛度为60-80%,酯化度10-20%,羟基5-25%,PVA改性树脂分子量约为4万,B/P值为4~4.5时,制得的阴图PS版具有较高的感度、良好的分辨率、良好的上墨性能和耐磨性能。论文第二部分是关于丙烯酸共聚。通过不同的投料方式,合成了恒比和非恒比两种甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和马来酸酐(SA)共聚物,但是实际收率较低,还有待进一步研究。论文第三部分是有关阴图PS版材感热组成物中的重氮树脂类感光剂的合成及应用研究。论文中通过多聚甲醛与二苯胺-4-重氮盐的缩合反应合成了水溶性重氮树脂,进而与四种磺酸根离子交换得到油溶性的重氮树脂。研究了pH值、温度、催化剂和不同的有机负离子对油溶性重氮树脂溶解性的影响。通过红外及紫外光谱对感光剂的结构进行了表征和解析。将合成的重氮树脂用于阴图PS版配方中,在适当的B/P值下,具有良好的感度,显影宽容度,可作为阴图PS版感光剂使用。

In the first part of the paper, modified polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)resin for presensitized plate (PS) was studied. Several polyvinyl Butyrals (PVBs) having acetalization degree ranges of from 39% to 80% were obtained by condensation reaction of butyraldehyde (BA) with PVA with different molecular weight under optimized conditions. The acetalization degree had effect on the solubility of PVBs. PVBs with carboxyl acid radical(PVB-CAs)were prepared by the esterification reaction of PVB with there types of anhydride. By controlling the ratio of raw and optimizing the separate conditions, the range of acetalization degree of PVB-CAs was from 39% to 76%, and the range of esterification degree of PVB-CAs was from 0% to 28%. The extent of modification and the structure of the polymers were determined by1H-NMR, GPC and IR. The molecular weight, the acetalization degree, the esterification degree and different ester groups had effect on the solubility of PVB-CAs. PVB-CAs with good solubility were selected and were applied to negative PS plate by mixing with diazoresin, solvent and dye. The result indicated that when such conditions in the following were satisfied: ①the acetalization degree varied from 60% to 80%; ②the esterification degree varied from 10% to 20%; ③the range of value of B/P was from4 to 4.5; ④The molecular weight of PVA was about 4×105, Negative PS plate had excellent sensitivity, hydrophobic property and satisfactory printing resistance.In the second part of the paper, two kinds of copolymer(MMA-SA)were prepared by the copolymerization reaction methacrylic acid with Maleic anhydride using different ways of stuffing raw. However, the ratio of product is relatively low.In the third part of the paper, photoactive compounds (PACs) used in the negative PS plate were synthesized and their application were researched. The PACs were kinds of diazoresins. They were prepared by condensation reaction of paraformaldehyde with diphenylamine-4-diazoniumsalt in concentrated sulfuricacid and then changing different kinds of sulfonate anionic with HSO4- as a counteranion. The structure of the diazo resin was identified on the basis of its spectroscopic IR, spectroscopic UV. The diazoresin were applied to imaging composition of negative-working PS plate with methacrylic resin and colorizing background dye. The negative maps of PS plate had excellent sensitivity and develop latitude.
