随着世界篮球运动的快速发展，掩护配合是创造得分机会的重要手段，成为历届世界大赛最为常用，效果最突出的进攻配合。关于掩护配合使用也呈现出多样性，多变化的特点，受到世界篮球强国的极大重视。本文釆用文献综述法、专家访谈法、录像观察法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法，对2014年女篮世锦赛掩护配合的参与人员、掩护区域和掩护频率在进攻中的运用情况，效果，影响因素方面进行深入的研究，力求为找到当今世界强队使用掩护配合的特点和经验，为今后的训练提供理论依据。
