当今世界，第三产业的发展水平已经成为衡量社会经济发展程度的重要标志，尤其是对于将要建设为国际化大都市的北京市，第三产业的发展情况决定了北京城市发展的活力。北京市自新中国成立以来的经济发展较国内其他地区更为迅速，本文利用经济地理学和区域经济学方法深入考察北京市各行政区之间第三产业发展情况的差异，找出主要影响和制约因素，并根据相关结论对北京市第三产业发展的有关政策和调控进行分析，再针对第三产业的不同行业进行分类，阐述各地区第三产业内部各行业的发展态势，总结各地区之间的不同第三产业行业的发展差别对北京市整体第三产业的影响，并将此影响与国内外国际化大都市进行比较，对北京市第三产业的进一步发展提出针对性的政策建议。

In modern world, the degree of the service industries has become a significant symbol to treasure the development of social economy,especially to the international great city Beijing whose service industries has determined the speed it grows and expands. After l978,the adjustment of structures of industries in Beijing has stepped into a new page in which the occupancy rate of the service industries rapidly increased while the second industries went down. This paper found out the differences of the third industries among various government sections in Beijing and divided the third industries into several parts to discuss.This paper has displayed the situation in all business of the third industries in skills of regional economics and regional geography then completed that what influences to the entire market of economic there were when the situation came to this, and compared to the other international great city this paper had provided some good ideas and suggestions aimed to make it better.
