在全球化浪潮和中文国际传播的推动下,汉语作为一门重要的外语在全球范围内受到越来越多人的关注与学习。特别是在法国这样的非英语文化圈国家,随着中法交流的加深,对汉语及其背后文化的学习需求日益增长。然而,在汉语国际教育实践中,文化的传播往往局限于语言知识的教授,缺乏针对特定文化的深入探讨,这在一定程度上限制了汉语学习者对中华文化的全面理解。当前对于如何教授给法国汉语学习者有关茶文化的知识,并没有太多详细研究,这部分内容仍然是一个相对空白的部分,鉴于此,本研究聚焦于茶文化这一具有丰富历史与哲学内涵的中华文化元素,探索其在面向法国汉语学习者的汉语国际教育中的有效融入方式。

本研究主要运用文献研究法及对比分析法对茶文化的演变历史进行了深入探讨,同时还关注其内在的精神意义及其所呈现的使用状况,并与咖啡文化做了比较,针对法国汉语学习者的茶文化教学设计提出设计思路。研究发现,可以借助交互式的授课模式和场景模拟等方式,透过课程设置让茶文化融入到汉语国际教育之中。

Driven by the tide of globalization and the international spread of Chinese, Chinese, as an important foreign language, has attracted more and more attention and learning around the world. Especially in non-English cultural countries such as France, with the deepening of exchanges between China and France, the demand for learning the Chinese language and its underlying culture is increasing. However, in the practice of international Chinese language education, the dissemination of culture is often limited to the teaching of language knowledge, and the lack of in-depth discussion of specific cultures, which to some extent limits the comprehensive understanding of Chinese culture by Chinese learners. Current for how to teach French Chinese learners about knowledge of tea culture, and not too much detailed study, this part is still a relatively blank part, in view of this, this study focuses on the tea culture which has rich historical and philosophical connotation of the Chinese culture elements, explore the French Chinese learners in the Chinese international education.

This study mainly uses the literature research method and comparative analysis method to explore the evolution history of tea culture, and also pays attention to its internal spiritual significance and its use status, and compared with the coffee culture, developed a set of tea culture teaching design for French Chinese learners. The study shows that the tea culture can be integrated into the international Chinese language education through the curriculum by means of interactive teaching mode and scenario simulation.
